Went above and beyond to fix my truck and explained everything to me. I highly recommend bigotires for all your automotive services for your vehicle.

The employee's were very friendly and pleasant. Misunderstood requests and I had to come back for them to get it correct, but they fixed everything correctly. Everything overall was done with correctness and professionalism. I would recommend everyone to Big O' tires for I have been dealing with your company for more than 20 years.

I was expecting the mechanic to put air in all my tires. I bought two new tires for the front. The rear tires had 20 lb PSI. I was expecting the mechanic to check my tires. I had to put air in the rear tires after leaving the store!

The customer service was great the salesman seemed very knowledgeable. But, he somehow forget about the rebates I was supposed to recieve as they were advertised on the website. I feel I've been ripped off. Let's start from the beginning, I was quoted a price online but then I received the call to confirm my appointment and was told I'd have to pay $4 extra per tire for a different set because the ones I selected online were unavailable. No problem, I thought especially since I was supposed to get a rebate. So long story short I go in and what I thought would be $650 plus taxes, fees and possibly a warranty turned into $896 with no rebates. So in the end I'm happy with my tires but I feel I was cheated out of the rebates. As a result, I'll never go back nor will I recommend this place to friends or family.

I went in for an alignment, rotation and balancing because my car was pulling to the right and there was a slight shaking in the wheels. I was talked out of the balancing, my tires weren't rotated and my car still pulls to the right - no further recommendations were made for improvement. Also, I asked what was the cost for an alignment and was told it was $99. I presented a coupon for $20 off an alignment and was told to keep it to share with a friend. My total bill was right around $110 - so no discount was given.

As I said on Yelp. Your people gave great service at a fair price. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. Made me want to come back to this location anytime I need service in Las Vegas in the future.

Never have tires in stock always need to order them very inconvenient

I have used Big O for multiple issues with my vehicle. I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of work performed here. This is my go to place for all my car issues.

I was told a price to do work on my vehicle. When all said and done 3 hours later I took it home. The next morning I check and noticed my old oil mileage stocked. I opened the hood pulled out oil stick and saw the oil was not changed. I had to return and was told we missed it. I went back a couple days later and work was done. What's my time worth to have to return to get work completed Probably will not return there for work

Front desk was good, I ask them to make sure the tire changer put the spare up in its correct place, got home and found the spare just in the back, I am handicap and it was a problem for me to do this, I do not have it just right but I think it is ok. Patrick Allen allenpatm@yahoo.com

Your guys went above and beyond for me. I needed two new front tires for my van. I was in a time crunch and needed to go pick up my wife for lunch. There was one bay open and other work was going on but in less than a half hour your guys had two brand-new tires on my van. Thank you so much. By the way I was early picking up wife.

I went in for some general maintenance that I honestly know how to do, i just was suprised by the price. I was told that things needed to be done on my car, that I knew didnt need to be done. Such as a coolant and transmission flush, which i had done a few weeks prior. I feel like the technicians were not honest with me, until i revealed that i did know some about cars, and then they voiced that the "needed repairs" were just things they noticed that might become a problem soon... i am really disappointed.

Took my wife car there they did a great job on her car

I got an oil change last week and used a coupon that included a free tire rotation. The oil change was quick but as I saw later it was because they didn't rotate the tires. I guess I should have paid better attention but I was expecting them to get it right. Will go back but will have to be more vigilant. Dissapointed.
