Big O Tires

I went in for a tire swap, alignment and oil change. The spare tire was not returned under my truck, it was thrown in the back. My oil is leaking from what appears to be the drain plug now. And the foot protector was left in my truck from the technician. Not the best visit.

All together it was a pleasant experience.. the guys in front were friendly and got me in and out in a timely manner ... will definitely keep doing business with big-O .. thank u guys

I used them on and off for regular maintenance and I feel that the only thing missing is consistent customer service I have good experiences and bad ones. The initial person wasn't too helpful and the person who took care of the paperwork at the end was.

I was at two different locations. The location in Nellis Blvd is terrible, especially the customer service. The customer service at the Maryland Pkwy location was awesome. James and crew did a great job fixing the screw ups from "Woody"�'et al

Was super happy with the guy at the register. he was very patient and cordial with me.

3 times in a row, had to remind about tire rotation on oil change.

the guy i dealt with did not listen to what i asked for i asked for a new tire to replace the one he said they could not fix because of its age, and I asked for a tire rotation. instead, he puts me down for 4 new tires and because I the past I have had nothing but good service from them I trusted them enough to not read the form before I signed off on it which in the end was a big mistake, now spent over 600$ when all I wanted was a new tire. the tires are great and I would have come back in a few months to get the others replaced when I had the funds to do it now other important things went on hold because of this! I will think twice before going back to this location again which is too bad because it it just like 2 blocks away!

Great customer service! The store is very clean for a shop. I went in for an oil change and the manager had me in and out, he also helped me with a coupon to help save me money! I will definitely be going back to this location.

Spent 200 dollars each for tires and they failed to replace valve stem caps, that's my first indicator of lack of attention to work being preformed. This made me check all lug nuts. Sorry I will not be returning to this store again.

John gave us great customer service, he explained everything to us and when we explained our financial situation he was understanding of that, he didn't try to force us to buy new tires, he offered us suggestions on what we can do to get all tires replaced, which we definitely appreciated and he told us if and when we come back to replace our tires he will make sure to get us a great deal. he was very friendly, very honest, and got us in and out.

"Joey"� is a young mechanic who will come out and tell you six things wrong with your car and how you need to fix them and try to upse you on literally everything and he will do all this while talking to you like an auctioneer and not let you get a word in edgewise. Oh and if your a small white girl he will lie to you about kings being replaced that can just be cleaned. Basically these people are gonna try to rip you off. All the want to do is sell. There are five other small shops in a three block radius. Take your business somewhere else than Big O tires.

Great service, knowledgeable service. My go to store for automotive work.

Called and Lee said offering special buy 2 tires and get 2 free but never said had to buy lower selection and buy alignment plan. So went in Lee said will workout for my van than while he already quoted price 250 they hit me up with brakes 255, that totaled double of what I expected, all he said was sorry. Deceiving, not straight up!

Everything was good
