Big O Tires

I came in for an oil change that was good. The mechanics suggestions were that my battery was running on reserve & needed a new one cost $223. There was a leak in one of the boots should be replaced I believe the price was 720.00 i also needed New struts 1300.00. I went down the street to Auto Zone where I usually buy my batteries they said nothing wrong with your battery in fact I just bought it in 4/16. Took my car to my mechanics he fixed the boot fir $253 almost the cost of your battery & the struts were also done less than $300. While I believe your service is good you are over priced.

Very friendly staff and always takes care of my car perfectly ?

Very poor communication. #1) I had a hard time getting them to understand what the the numbers & letters on the tires meant. #2) I questioned why my bill was so high at least twice. Answers vague & made no sense & I was already stressed over needing four new tires & a new battery, so I just let it go. I was speechless when I saw that installation fee on my bill later; never was this discussed; never was I told there was such a charge. #3 there was a major miscommunication on when the tires were to be delivered to the shop. The same thing happened to my roommate who needed for new tires also

Great Customer Service

I went in at 9:00 am when they opened on Sunday . I was the first one there and it took until 3:30 to get one tire replaced . Was told it would be done at 11:30 a.m. so I went back to get it but they didn't even have the new tire . No call to let me know it wouldn't be done .Entirely too long and unprofessional .

They do a very Good Work

took way too long for tires and alignment when no one else was ahead of us except 1. 3 hours and 15 mins.,and we selected the tires on line and were in stock

I've been going to this Big O for my car since I bought it 5 years ago. I went in at 9:12am Saturday morning for an oil change. I didn't leave until 11:40am because at 11:08am I was told a piece broke, but the part was ordered and will be replaced at no charge. It was already a 2 hour wait for an oil change WHICH I wasn't told there was a wait. Then I was not offered ANYTHING free for the long wait. That wasn't good customer service!

Exellent service

First they told me it would be an hour for an oil change. They took my number down wrong and supposedly tried to call me and when I called to check in two hours later they said it had been done waiting for me. Then they told me I needed a transmission flush and said that would only take an hour. I called almost another two hours later to be put on hold twice, the second time waiting for over 10 minutes. I called back and they said it would be another 15-20 minutes. By the time my car was ready it took them a total of almost 6 hours to complete work they assured would only take 2. In addition, their prices seemed higher than the other Big O Tires I have been to in Las Vegas. I am never going here again

My husband took the car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated because we were due.He made it a point to mark the tires before he went in to ensure that the job was completed. You hear stories all the time of shops claiming to have repaired something and that not being the case. Well, his name was called he paid the bill asked if the tires had been rotated and whomever was handling the front office ensured him that the tires were rotated. He walked out saw the tires he marked where they were when he walked in. They never rotated the tires. He walked back in and asked them again if they were sure to which the gentleman replied "yes". My husband asked again and again a "yes" was received. The mechanic was even asked and he replied, "yes". My husband called him out on it and only then did the mechanic ensure that the mechanic got it done. A simple and insincere "sorry" was given. No shame, nothing. Truly disappointed.

Always receive fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Reasonable prices, I recommend this place to my family and friends.

Did not complete services I requested and had to return next day to have them finished. Even though they told me it was done the first time. Will never take another vehicle to Big O Tires. Big thumbs down! Dishonest and horrible service

Everyone was friendly and professional. Even though the part took awhile to be delivered, the manager kept me posted and apologized.

My husband and I really appreciated the customer service at this location. They we're done in a timely manner. They we're very professional. I will surly be returning for further work!! Thank U guys!!!
