Big O Tires

I was at. Big O tires on March 23rd. getting an oil change . going to the end of my service. He tried to shake me down. Meaning. He tried to extort money from me. . . I'm going to the news station. This situation has not ended. It's just the beginning.

David went out of his way to help with the decision making and options for this tire purchase. He was calm and did not pressure. His explanation was sufficient. Great job

It was the worst experience ever

I had a screw in a tire, they removed no air loss. They aired and rotated tires. Thanks for the good service.

All the oil leaked out of my car and i had to get my car towed i took it back to big o tire and the did even offer my apology or a refund for the back services they all amlost ruined my car

Brought my truck in the morning to swap out my damaged wheels with my new ones. Also had shocks put on and patched a tire in less than an hour. The charge was less than I would have guessed.

Woody is a liar. I will never purchase tires or service from this store.

I want to thank Andy who I have know for years and Lee the manager and the guys Randy, Kevin and Alex and Bryon who work on my cars the Chevy Cobalt 2008 and Kia Optima. I have been going there for years. They are always friendly and take good of my cars. I have had my car for ten years and they always take care of any issue. And with my other car the Kia. Same thing, we had a family trip to Texas passed through Arizona and New Mexico and Alex fixed the AC and the guys checked everything. And we made it safe to Texas and back home. I know when the cars need something done. I can trust them.

Took almost 2hrs for a oil change. I was told 45min to a hour. Got my windshield wipers replaced and the new ones leave streaks on the window.

was greeted nicely, they took my car right away, they did the work in a short period of time, sooner than what i would have excepted. they did a great job, I will be back for anymore service that i may need for my car.

Paid for 4 aspen tires. They damaged both back tires but put on a sumitomo tire and said come back for the other tires from Luis. Didn't even do the alignment I paid for and still haven't replaced our back tires

They beyond the call of duty to service my Ca's Air conditioner. I am very happy with the results.

i would never refer anybody to this place , i just went in to change my brakes and i ended up with a receipt of $3500. you guys did work on my car without authorization and now i have to pay for all of this or i wont have my car back or even worse i am scared you would do something to it where it would not run anymore. I am older and i feel like you took advantage of me this is not how you run a business

Been a customer at a number of Big O's in the southwest and this store is yet another example of the great service we ALWAYS receive at Big O's. Sure is nice to know that this is one business you can count on for great service and a terrific customer service attitude every time.

Lee is a total lire and con man. He will quote you one price then charge you double. He will not give you the keys to your car until you pay his extortion money. He tried to high pressure me to have work done that was not pessary. When I said no he keep pushing. I am a disabled Vietnam vet. He would not listen to my complaints. I had to call the police! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!

I was treated very badly. The technician was very argumentative. He spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. He was not friendly. Also my estimate was blown way out of proportion. Because his attitude was so bad and I was treated so badly I went somewhere else. Big O Tires wanted almost $500. I went to another shop got it done for $200. I wonder if Big O Tires makes it a habbit of over charging women.

There very helpful. Did a good job of my car. I was very happy of what work they do.
