I went to Big O to get an oil change as they had a special deal on an all synthetic oil change with a free tire rotation. everything was fine until I was told that he was unable to rotate my tires because my back tire are too "bald" honestly I didn't even argue with him because he was a total liar and I wasn't going to entertain anything he had to say after that as it was probably a ploy to get me to buy new tires anyway when I didn't need them. My tires are far from being bald, I just bought them in December. Also bigger bummer is that they spilled oil all over my motor. it has now been 2 weeks and still smells like my motor is burning up. so upset. I have told everyone I know. not that it matters what I think but I just wanted to let you know. just disappointed.

The worst experience in a Big O Tire store. I needed help with a tire. A screwdriver stuck in one. The first guy asked what i need. I explained and his face change to a angry face and just made a turn and go. Another guy a little more kind asked and he step out with me to check the tire and said that they couldnt help with it cause the damage was near from the edge. I didnt ask for a free work. I could pay for it. But they didnt care the customer. I went to the Tireshop in front of... and the took off the tire and pull the screwdriver and surprise there was no hole. It just needed the will to make a customer happy. If you dont want to loose every client. Make something.

I had strange noise in engine- Manager evaluated and advised of problem. Stated what needed to be done- quoted fair price for work - quoted time involved with warrantee of work done.

Have been coming here for years. This time, I find out that the price of the full synthetic oil change I've been getting has gone up and I'm recommended services (power steering flush and brake fluid flush) as they are "contaminated". I reminded the tech that my car is NEW, so how is this possible? The icing on the cake was that the technician failed to reset the "service" light and did so only after I complained. Needless to say, I will not be back!

very good service the best, Alex is very good mechanic, the boss Lee is very cool, helps everyone and always solves the problem, he's amazing, so good service, I recommend it to all thank you very much

when in for an oil change free tire rotation air was low in all tires and tires never rotated

I was dissatisfied with the service on a return visit. I was treated poorly and mocked by employees at the Nellis store. Needless to say I'm sorry I purchased tires from big o.

I have a 2016 hyandai elantra sport. Went in for a oil change. I had 13,252 miles on my car. On the paper work they added 5,000 miles saying i had 18,252. Hyandai caught it. Then they told me and put on my paperwork that i needed front breaks done on my car thats new that i had for a year. They told me they needed to be worked on. So believing them i took it to hyandai where i bought the car. They checked it over and did a 32 point inspection. Breaks are perfect. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. Then when i originally called they said they had a special on oil change for 19.99. I get there and they didnt give me that option. Had to pay with tax over $70. Thanks for taking advantage and trying to screw me over because im a woman$70 for an oil change and everything else. I will be reporting the other issues and feel i deserve my money back after what they pulled. So a phone call is on my lust to report them today.

I made a Visit to your shop last Sunday 7/14 replaced 3 tires. Your tech or techs have broken all 4 tires senors and replaced one cause it looks new. Stopped back in Monday 7/15 7am. A Young black man checks with his meter that 3 senors aren't reading. The Manager wants to charge me 60 bucks to replace them look I didn't changed these tires your Big O techs did. I paid 415 bucks spend 2 1/2 hours waiting and then again your tech can't even tighten the bolts on the tire when I'm about to drive off. This is the most disappointing Big O visit I have ever had.

I went there on wednesday before work for an oil change. After I had left, I noticed that my tire pressure light was on. I called them back to tell them that they never checked my tire pressure, they said they did and ut could take 40-60 miles for the light to go off. When i do the air myself it is always off in 1-2 miles. They offered that I could take it back in and they would check it, but by that time I was already at work and did it myself after work. This location was alot better when itvwas a franchise.

I arrived at 7am for an oil change. I left at 830am. I was not asked which level or product of the oil change. So I don't even know what was done. The mechanic didn't know how to reset "service engine soon". I told him nevermind i had to go home and sleep. I just got off a 14 hour shift of work. I don't understand why it took so long to do an oil change. A customer came in at 8am and she was told it would take 40 minutes for her oil change. Mine took 1.5 hours and still not done correctly.

needed 2 new tires. made an appt. said would be 45 mins.when got the tires on was told warranty would be voided if didn't get an alignment, wasn't told this before tires were put on, it wasn't mentioned at all.said ok if had to, they said it would be about 45min.then came back after 30 mins and said an hour and half.This was not acceptable, so didn't get job done, was a very confusing and upsetting event.
