Great service all business

Purchased 4 tires from this location mounted and balanced. I came back to get an alignment and they told me I still owed them for the tires. I presented my recipe and bank statement to prove I paid. I was told the salesman that handled my sale was fired presumably for stealing. After my alignment I left and noticed the tpm light. Checked it when I got home and they aired my tires down to 19 psi. A month later I developed a shake in the steering. I returned to the location only to see another salesman. Another fired I guess. I was going to have the tires re balanced. I told the tech don't forget it's a Toyota truck therefor the wheels are lug centric and take an adapter to balance on their machine. He replied oh we don't have that. So the sales manager was going to call around to other locations to get one. I called back 3 days later. He said no big o location has one. And to try Ted weins. Really.....so the first alignment I paid for? Guess I know the real cause of the shaking. Never balanced right in the first place.... be ye warned Tacoma and tundra owners.

THE MANGERS ANDY AND NOEL WERE GREAT BUT THE SERVICE I PAID FOR WAS NEGLIGENT I RESCIEVED AN ONLINE DISCOUNT FOR 20$OFF N IT CONSISTED OF TOP OFFS ON ALL FLUIDS AND A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE THAT SERVICE WAS RENDERED NUT THE TOP OFFS TO ALL MY FLUIDS WERE NOT DONE CHECK THE BELTS. THOSE WERE NOT DONE AND I DIDN'T CHECK THOSE THINGS UNTIL I MADE IT HOME AND HAD TO PURCHASE COOLANT AND BRAKE FLUID AND ALL THOSE FLUIDS WERE VERY LOW TO THE POINT I NEEDED THM BECAUSE MY SENSORS CAME ON FOR THE FLUIDS THT WERE NEGLECTED BUT ALL AND ALL THE MANGERS ANDY AND NOEL AT THE NELLIS LOCATION WERE AWSOME BUT THE WRKERS IN THE SERVICE AREA DIDN'T DO WAT I PAID FOR

Scott and his crew has been my choice for maintenance on all my vehicles. Scott has always treated me very fair and honestly, I trust Scott on all my cars and my Daughters Handicap van and I sent my best friend to him for service. I'll be back..... Thank you Scott and crew. fatherjoseph

The manager there is a horrible person. He runs an unsafe company. Car lifts are broken and cars tilt when they're raised. It's a dirty place and I heard the manager make racist comments against other races, calling "white race is a superior race" we'll never return. Specially the way he mistreats his workers, cussing them out.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful especially Gloria and Andy. I recommend everyone in my Car Club and other club scene to go get there service done here.

I WAS RIPPED OFF. I WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T GET! WTF! First they gave me the truck back without my old tires in it, no vaulvestem caps on 3 tires and the tires were hitting the top A arm so hard it was flexing. I pointed it out and he suggested spacers. I said ok and he could only get 2 sets of 1/4 inch, to space out the front tires 1/2 inch each. I looked at the drivers side with the wheel hard over and it cleared by 1/32 inch, but it cleared. I then went home and then to try the new tires. I found the tire still hitting on the passenger side. Also I have a vibration that was not there before. This is a brand new truck.5200 miles. Then I looked at the spacers and found that they only put one 1/4 inch spacer on each side. This is odd because I was Charged for 2 sets. Needless to say I am VERY UNHAPPY. I will be going back to the store today, but I expected more from the tire pros. Thats why I paid $1300.00 for tires on a new truck. I will be writing reviews on several media sites after todays visit. HOPE THEY DONT RIPP ME OFF AGIN!

This is the only place I go to get my car repaired. Very very excellent service. Friendly staff!!

Dont trust they do what they offer. They did not fill up my windshield liquid deposit, even when the light on dashboard was on. No to say about tire rotation etc

Always fast. Went for an oil change. They also took the time to check the fuel system and other engine areas. Thankfully they noticed my throttle body was very dirty and suggested a cleaning system. Vehicle runs smoother and gets better fuel mileage now. They also have a military discount so I saved even more.

When I arrived at the shop I greeted and everything went fine they filled my tires, the guy found a nail in one of the tires said it could not be fixed and he needed to order it from the warehouse. It is going on three weeks and several phone calls to two different franchises and still no tire. I hate to speculate but it seems that because it is a warranty job I'll get it when I get it or whenever they decide to order it. Both shops failed to order the tires even after all the apologies.
