Big O Tires

All good marks. I knew what I wanted. The location accepted my Internet coupon for a BALANCE and ROTATION. What I was disappointed in was that the error message for my 2017 HONDA CR-V was not rectified. Yes, I did not point out that the car was telling me that I had low air pressure. I assume my tires' pressure was checked during the rotation and balance, but I did assume that location would have seen the error code themselves. When I left the shop, the error message was still present. Thus, I have to assume that the air was checked on my tires and the error message is a glitch in the system. I will have my last FREE oil change at HONDA this week and I will point out that the techs at BIG O TIRES did the balance and rotation and signed off that I had proper air pressures. Yes, I am giving BIG O TIRES the benefit of the doubt that they checked my tires and the glitch is on my end. Bottom line, I did not point out that my car had the error message because I assumed that the proper air pressure was put in my tires. Thus, full marks because I am sure my car has glitch in reading the proper air pressures in my car.

I love the one lady worker who helps makes it easy to understand the cost & services needed/ why i should get it done. I also like how everyone is willing to go in detail with what is going on

I had a caliper lock up while I was on the freeway. I was able to limp it in to Big O tires. They got on it right away. They were able to diagnose and recommend the repairs. They were honest and caring, even giving me a ride home until my repairs could be done.

All in all a good experience.
