Fantastic service!: Took my F150 to Big O Tires to fix the damage to the steering gear box committed by another shop. Because we were exasperated by the many times we had to return our vehicle to the other shop due to the problems that arose each time we got it back, we decided to take it to Big O.Our vehicle needed new shocks, too. We were ecstatic that the work was done so quickly. We were able to have our vehicle back at the end of that day as they promised.So far, we've experienced no other problems . Big O's mechanics are top notch in our books! Thank you!

A family member had recommended I go down the street to a competitor, which isn't a company I would normally use. So I followed the recommendation and they were rude and unable to assist me in looking at why my tire was losing air. So I decided to try and stop in BigO as I had went to a location in Arizona recently and had a really good experience. I was able to get in and out very quickly and the tech explained everything to me about my issue and it was a reasonable amount of time from start to finish. I was really impressed with the friendliness of all of the associates I worked with. I would recommend this location to others!

I think I have a slow leak in one of my tires. They thoroughly inspected it and couldn’t find anything. Didn’t charge me and said bring it back if still leaking

The store was short staffed and still had me done within an hour of my arrival. I had to have my front tires rebalanced that I just had installed at Discount Tire Friday evening. The balance was so far off that it made my truck unsafe to drive at highway speeds. I brought it to Big O because they were open on Sunday and I needed my truck for work. They did an excellent job at fixing the balance issue where Discount clearly FAILED. Big O has gained me as a customer for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you BigO.

I was in Vegas for a softball tournament and had to get one of my tires replaced. I was on a time crunch between games and not only did Michael Phillips get my tire fixed, he did it in a short amount of time and gave me directions to get back to the field quicker so I wouldn't be late. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Sales/Service desk employee (I believe his name is Trent) was very knowledgeable. He explained the computer scan results and needed repair/replacement and quoted the cost for same. He estimated the wait time and kept me updated along the way.
