great service by everyone. Came in for an oil change and they did it quickly . Gave me a quote for what work needs to be done and we will be back within this month. Thanks again for all the friendly service

This store has always been good for me. Yesterday I took My car into the Nissan dealership for an airbag recall. When I picked up my car he informed me I needed about $1800 worth of repairs done. Today I took my car into the big O tire store to have them check the same problem. There was no problem I did not need any repairs. I am thankful for this store and their honesty. Recommend them to anyone thank you to the manager at Big O

Linda Pott and her team exceeded all expectations. Excellence. Professional. Caring. Genuine. They secured all 4 tires from another location and mounted them - all in just a few hours time on the SAME DAY!! Stellar service! Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.

I got an oil change for my Camry a bit back and they were the best. Will be returning this weekend with my second car to receive an oil change. Good to have a place you trust.

I rate this location as "highly satisfied" becsuse setting my appointment online was extremely easy. My account information was already in the system, as I only use Big O Tires exclusively and am a returning customer so I didn't need to fill out alot of paperwork before the work started. The price for an oil change and 22 point inspection with two brand new filters, oil disposal, and labor was more than fair too! My car is always in the bay within only moments of my appointment time and the work is always done quickly and properly. My BOT location is very clean and tidy, and there are plenty of seats in the waiting area. The sun is cleverly blocked by brand new tires too, so that you're not getting a sunburn through the windows in the summer, and it's very nicely climate controlled inside. There are drinks available for purchase, there's a TV to watch, of you want, and the bathroom is always clean and sanitary. The staff is really friendly but absolutely professional and focused on getting the work done. I am a senior and travel alone alot! I never feel worried or even concerned about my safety because I absolutely know my car is well taken care of by Big O Tires!

Was extremely pleased with the service and the resulting purchase of four tires. The gentleman who took my order corrected my original requested tire size. He did it without making me feel inadequate. Job was performed much faster than anticipated. A question concerning another Vehicle was answered quickly and printed out for my future reference.

Isabel McCord was supper nice and helped with finding the tires I needed and was able to communicate and be very friendly

I have gone to that location many, many times over the last 25+ years. I have had some fair experiences there, some good but NEVER have I been treated so kindly and respectfully as on this occasion. The manager Craig was awesome! He thoroughly explained and actually showed me what the issues were with my car. He and the group of guys got right on it and even stayed later than they were probably scheduled for, to finish the car for me. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful. 1 even tracked me down in Smiths when I did not answer the phone. Craig thanked me for my business said that it was appreciated. Now THAT is how a customer should be treated! I will certainly go back to Big O, that location again. What a great crew!

The reason I like coming to this Big O tires is because Isabel. Since I been coming here she always helps me with my services and she makes me feel comfortable. I know she is being honest. I will always come back

I took my truck in the have the tires aligned. It was unable to be done at this time because other things are damaged or old and need to be replaced first. They could have just done it and charged me, and the alignment would have been useless. They could have just not done the alignment and charged me. I appreciate their honesty. There are a lot of shady places, and this location is not one of them.

The service is always good and is always honest with me that way I keep coming back and family comes to this Big o and will be back 😊👍

They didn't have the tires I wanted but they had comparable tires. The service at the counter and in the shop was quick and easy.

I had an appointment for a new set of tires. I was promptly served and the attendent was very polite and professional. I had selected the wrong size tires for my car when I made the appointment, so the ones that I wanted were not available for my car. The service manager walked me through my options and was very helpful. I love my new tires!!

The staff was wonderful, especially Isabela at the front desk, she treated as a vip, she was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful. I will return to this location when my car needs its next service.
