Jacob did a great job on my tires and alignment. He was very efficient and had a great attitude.

Making the appointment online was very easy. My car was serviced immediately. The service was done within 50 minutes. All staff were friendly, courteous and informative. I use Big O Tires on Boulder for all my car service needs. I have come to trust them.

Both of the David's waited on me today. Both very personable and knowledgeable. I am so glad this store is back open again. I love that they are open on Sundays now too!!!

The guys were GREAT!!! I got a nail in my tire and had to buy 2 new tires. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. GREAT service.

I ordered 2 tires for my RV. These guys,are the BEST. They ordered my tires and called me when they arrived. They did a great job putting them on the rv. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH.... Patty, Todd, Dave and the tech who dis the work. I will be needing 4 new tires for rear of my RV and for sure I will go back.

We were on our way out of town when we noticed the one tire was very low. Took the car to Big O tires on our way and they took us right in and fixed the flat!

I use this Big O Tire store for all my servicing needs The staff are friendly and the wait time is minimal. The last time I went in was due to a blow out on the freeway and the normal oil change. After servicing, I got back in my car and found the "maintenance required" alert was still on. One of the employees who was outside, quickly took care of the issue and also confirmed that all my tires had been checked for the proper air poundage. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

I arived with a flat, and your computers were down. So the accocaste said my tires can be fixed but with cash. I wanted to pay with my BIG O tire card, so the assocate waitied till the sytem came back up called me to get the purchase over the phone, and the card was to old to take over the phone. So when i was back on that side of town, I stopped in to pay with another credit card bc she couldnt use my big o card bc it had no exp date. But since the systems were down, and you couldnt use my big o card, i should be able to still get the rebate for the purchase like stated on the promo from the website. Iff purchase of 199, 30$ rebate

The gentleman who helped me start my work order and complete it was great. We now have a list of things I'll be returning for on my car to have worked on. I have several area that need attention so his idea was to tackle each small area at a time until done. I loved this idea. As I don't have a lot of money. Let's me complete things as I can. I'll be coming back for sure
