Big O Tires

I came on a Sunday thinking it would be slow. Tow truck. ATV tires etc. In addition the lovely girl at the desk was answering phones. Moving tires and running a very tight ship. Tires. Oil transmission and fuel injection. Fast thorough and always great service. I referred neighbor and my son brings his Chevy Sonic there...

Everything went better than I expected. It is a Saturday morning and they are busy.

A family member had recommended I go down the street to a competitor, which isn't a company I would normally use. So I followed the recommendation and they were rude and unable to assist me in looking at why my tire was losing air. So I decided to try and stop in BigO as I had went to a location in Arizona recently and had a really good experience. I was able to get in and out very quickly and the tech explained everything to me about my issue and it was a reasonable amount of time from start to finish. I was really impressed with the friendliness of all of the associates I worked with. I would recommend this location to others!

I had an issue with a set of Kelly Edge AT E-rated tires. These tire were new to the market two years ago when I purchased them from Henderson Tire and Auto, the previous owner of the building. They started showing weathering and cracking in the sidewalls, the last thing I wanted is to have a blow out while towing. I showed up at 7am with receipt, explained my situation, the store manager (Mike) agreed with me on the condition of the tires checked the warranty info, made some phone calls and I was in a new set of Big O Bigfoot AT E-rated tires for less than half of what I paid for the original set for Kelly tires. I was back on the road by 8:30 AM. Thanks Big O.

I think I have a slow leak in one of my tires. They thoroughly inspected it and couldn’t find anything. Didn’t charge me and said bring it back if still leaking

I purchased two new tires and a new battery along with a front end alignment. The work was excellent (they even reset the electric windows and the radio after the battery change) and the work was completed within approx. one hour.

The store was short staffed and still had me done within an hour of my arrival. I had to have my front tires rebalanced that I just had installed at Discount Tire Friday evening. The balance was so far off that it made my truck unsafe to drive at highway speeds. I brought it to Big O because they were open on Sunday and I needed my truck for work. They did an excellent job at fixing the balance issue where Discount clearly FAILED. Big O has gained me as a customer for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you BigO.

Because i had an odd car and they had the tires and he brought me into the shop and showed me a problem with the axel

All the staff were friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.

They told me what needed to be fixed, and went above and beyond by bringing me out to the work area, with the proper safety goggles, to show me the work that needed to be done on my car without my asking. They were very thorough and educated in explaining the specifics. This was a great experience!
