I purchased the tires at this Big-O location and I have always been treated well. The service that was provided was efficient and I am well satisfied. When I need to replace my tires I will purchase them at this location.

We were vacationing in the area when we discovered a screw in our tire. We had a several hour trip home along with towing our boat on this holiday weekend and were so thankful that BIG O TIRES was open to help us! There was only one other tire center opened and we are so glad we chose BIG O! Paul was very helpful and took care of our problem and helped make our trip home possible! THANK YOU Paul & BIG O for working on Labor Day & helping us when we really needed your services!

Had new tires installed before leaving Ohio and driving to Nevada but Ohio dealer did not install new valve stems. One old valve stem failed on the interstate resulting in flat tire. Big O on Boulder Highway in Henderson got me in right away and replaced all valve stems for no charge! Great service, especially when they knew I was not a local and would not be a repeat customer!

The front desk staff was friendly and professional and provided me with an estimate of time to complete the service to my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. For over 25 years, I've had my vehicles serviced at this location, but under previous ownership. I'm very satisfied with the new ownership/management and will continue to do the same.
