I brought my car in spur-of-the-moment, and the staff worked my concerns quickly, found the cause, did the repairs as well as tire balance and rotation, and the car now handles smoothly at all speeds.

I showed up with a flat tire 30 minutes before closing and Isabel got it fixed for me!

I had a flat tire that had to be towed to Big O. Wade was my contact during phone calls-what an awesome employee! He told me that they were going to make sure that my tire was fixed. My registration was expiring the next day so I had to get this done. I didn't get there until almost closing time but these guys are good-real good-at what they do. I'd say maybe 15-20 minutes or so at most, and they even checked my spare, and it was done. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and asked by a couple guys if I were being take care of. All I can say is that I am now a loyal customer. I had not known it was more than just a tire shop until that day. You have a great, friendly team (so important) from what I observed and I have no plans on going anywhere else unless they tell me it's something Big O doesn't do, and even then I will get their opinion on where to go first. Thank you. And thank you, all of you, at Big O for your help!

Rus was very competent at his job and allowed me to ask what seemed like a million questions and he answered them all with a smile and at the end, I was able to make a informed decision because of Rus and I have no regrets.

The excellent staff at Big o tires serviced everything i needed and more. They inspected everything during a test drive and during the service itself and went beyond what was required of them and found discrepancies that couldve cost me much more in the future.
