I took my vehicle to the Big O located at 787 N Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas, and had a horrible experience. Thought I would never return to a Big O Tires. Decided to stop into this Henderson location as I was already in the area, to see if they could help. Isabelle was beyond exceptional in rectifying the situation. She restored my faith in Big O Tires.

Service technician Joe was extremely on top of the matter, diagnosed the problem and repaired the tire quickly!

The tires were well balanced and front end aligned.Did a great job only drawback was telling me that I had a radiator fluid leaking and it isn't. Had been but not now. This makes me a bit untrustworthy in taking it in for any repairs.

Very satisfied. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable for the short time they’ve been with the company. They were taking good care of the customers that were there along with the ones calling in. Went above and beyond to accommodate and made sure I got a good deal on the tires I was purchasing. I had a great experience getting new tires for my car. I was presented with options and was not steered into one particular tire over the other. I happened to catch a sale and was very pleased with the price. I got an alignment as well. Very professional staff. I will come back!

Great service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fun! Great experience, they knew I was in a hurry so finished the next day cause they were open on Sunday! Totally helped me out, Birthday weekend with friends and family here!

When I bought my tires, I have free alignment for those tires, therefore I am not sure why alignment comes with an oil change also. I feel that I paid for the alignment 2 times. I loved that this auto shop was open on Sunday. I really needed an oil change and have been too busy to do this except for on Sunday. Thank you for that.

Took vehicle in at scheduled appointment time, less than 2 hrs to balance, install 4 new tires.
