Big O Tires

I was in on 10/28/2016, I had an oil change, brakes on the front and back, 4 new tires, alignment and purchased a 3 yr alignment package. Great service. Been going there for almost 4yrs. And what to my surprise on 10/31, I received an email letting me know about the buy 2 tires get 2 free. I called the store spoke with Dan about this sale and why wasn't mentioned that it was coming up. He stated he just found out at 5pm on 10/28. I asked how do we fix this. I felt/feel cheated. He started he could give me a free oil change. So what do you say?

They are open on Sundays and I had a tire issue that needed attention as soon as possible. They were able to make the repair to avoid issues during my commute the next day .

Brought in vehicle to get new tires, and when told it would be about two hours, including alignment, was hesitant.Assistant manager jumped right in and got the new tires put on rims, balanced and then front end aligned, all within an hour and a half.Great job, will continue to place my trust and confidence in Big O.Even with the change in ownership, you've got a customer for life.

Super quick in and out for fixing a nail in the tire, quoted for 45 minutes and finished in half the time. Friendly customer service 10/10

I went in on the grand re-opening of the newly remodeled Big O in Henderson to "look" at the deals.With Josh Brady warmly greeting us as we entered, it was a great first impression.Next, his genuine concern for our needs and expert advice on tires (plus the free drinks and Frisbee for my son) made us happy we came in that day.Needless to say, I drove out of there on a new set of Nitto tires expertly balanced and aligned by the great staff.Thanks Big O!I'm glad to have my favorite auto shop back and better than ever!

I didn't have an appointment and they got my car in immediately and I purchased my 5 tires and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

The team aired up my tires twice within two wks. I knew something had to be wrong. On SUNDAY, this store is now open and they not only found the big problem but helped me to stay within my budget to get two new tires.Very GOOD job!
