Customer service was excellent and quick!

The service used to really suck here, so I stopped going to this location. But because they are under new management i figured i would try again. Wow the new team really earns your business! Unreal how this place has changed for the better. I really hope former customers give them a chance to prove they are worthy of our business.

I was just thankful to be treated like a human being! From being acknowledged that I entered the room, even though the lady behind the counter was still working with someone else. To everyone having a smile on their face and not acting like they were being bothered.

I told the clerk I would be taking a road trip and wanted to make sure my tires and car were in good condition. After the inspection the clerk even took me out to my car to show me what he was talking about. They also showed me the filters that needed to be replaced. That is what I call good customer service

Personal were very curtious and effecient. They were able to get my battery changed quckly and I was satisfied with the price.

Will definitely keep going back to this place in Henderson

I made an 8:00am appointment and saw that they took my car back right away, I brought in a coupon that I thought would be applicable for my needs but the associate told me it wasn’t but was going to check for other discounts that did apply to me. Then when I was checking out there was something I had asked that wasn’t part of my service and he went to check on it for me anyway. Service is always great when I come here.

I first used them to fix a flat tire. I didnt buy it there just stopped cuz it was close to home.They fixed it fast and didnt charge me a penny. So I was so impressed we have now gone to them for oil changes and tires and w we ALWAYS get the same wonderful service.The prices are always the lowest as well. I had a tire blow out on the highway and had a tow truck tow it to this location because it was close to home, but by the time I would get there it would be barely closing, I made it after the tow truck driver dropped it off and I spoke with Isabel she was able to provide an estimate at post closing time and I really appreciated the help and knowledge. I was in this morning and out with four new tires, thank you again.

Got my front wheel alignment done by mechanic Dee from the Philippines. Great job Dee. 3 year alignment service contract with regular inspection service when needed. I drive for Uber and Lyft and this is a great deal since I can drive up to 5,000 miles per month. Highly recommended.
