Big O Tires

great job. only 2 hiccups were on first phone call to them the mechanic answered the phone and identified himself and stated he was answering phone to help desk person who was swamped and that he would be with me in a minute. I was on hold for 15 minutes when I hung up and tried again which resulted in speaking with desk person. other issue was no one called to inform me when car was done even tho I was told it would take 45 minutes for the tires to be installed I received no call for 2 hours at which time I called them and they replied huh, no one has called u ? well it's done.

Never been to a big o tires. Squeezed me in at the end of the day. Super friendly super accommodating. Took 30 minutes. I’ll return to this location.

every thing went o.k. except the guy didn't give my wife the key that I had given him and she drove off with her key and I had to go back and get my key, and when I said something he said I don't know how she left without the key, I said most all cars come with 2 keys you should make sure to hand the customer the key when they leave instead of putting it on the counter and them knowing it is there key.

Completed in a timely manner, good value for the price, everything as expected.

All in all good service

I have my oil changed and tires rotated at this location every 3000 miles. AJ was the first technician to be able to balance my tires. I have dust covers on the inside of the tires and he correctly removed them before balancing, resulting in a smooth ride. I was told before that I needed an alignment or the tires were cupped and needed to be replaced. AJ, and his knowledge, saved me the extra added expense of having either of those services performed. I am so impressed with this young man!

Kevin was great ! I had a small window but needed a tire replaced immediately. Although I need all 4 replaced , 1 was urgent. With the short window die to my job he was able to put 2 tires on, in the time allotted due to me having to be back st eork... Sooooo happy... He did an exceptional job ! THANK YOU.. I will be back to do the other 2 in the next few days...

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. They took great care of my car and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I am definitely having all my vehicle maintenance and brake repair in the future done there.

Mike was great and explained all my options. Unfortunately I left with only 3 hub caps and a loose flap of some sort near right front tire. Hub cap was found and returned and i will call to get flap repaired in my next day off. When i returned for hub cap service guys in the shop were rude but Mike was helpful.

I have always been treated well here. The service men are always kind and professional. Seems to have excellent management!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me my tires did not need to be rotated however they said that I would need my front brake brake pads replaced soon so my question is if they didn't rotate my tires how do they know that my brake pads need to be replaced
