Big O Tires

I had my oil changed and all fluids checked as well as my tire pressure checked and tires rotated. The staff was friendly and courteous upon my arrival. My car was serviced in a expeditious manner by a competent and professional mechanic.

They were fast n fare .

I was called when my car was "done" but had to wait an additional 30 minutes after I got there to pick it up.

I had a problem with my tire and the staff was able to handle the problem in a expeditious and professional manner. I utilize Big O for all my car service needs and I have referred my son and daughter in law to Big O for their car service needs also.

I needed an alignment, I just replaced my rear tires because of inner tread wear at another place and I was told my alignment was the cause. I explained this before my service was done. Afterwards I asked for a print out that showed the alignment parameters, I was told the printer is broken and I could not have one, but that the rear was off 5 and the front 4. I wish I would have been told the printer was broken before hand.

Your associates were friendly answered all my questions provided me with a great price on my battery store is always clean. Will be returning to get my oil changed next week and will probably be buying some tires for my truck. Told my daughters to get there oil changes too.

The only problem was my old tires which were coming apart on the inside, with 12,000 miles on them I was not given any credit or road Hazzard. Took truck to Ted Weins for road force balance, and another speed shop Road force balance. They said one tire definitely was bad LR. and from 2 tires couldn't get totally balanced. Recommendations, take back to Big O. I did and purchased a set of Michelins. I should have never let sales talk me into the first set which were horrible. Otherwise no complaints.

The friendliness of the front desk attendant and that they were able to start on my car right away , and they had it done in a very short time. Thank you to your staff.

A little high priced as far as labor goes, a little slow on completion of work in a timely manner, the manager and techs are good guys and got the job done.

First I wish David Mackey would complete a work order that has been outstanding for a few months know. He had told me he would contact me in a few days to resolve a issue with my door. We all get busy in life.

Excellent, honest and great price!

Cheyanne (hope I'm spelling her name right) at your Henderson, Nevada location greeted me up entering the shop. I explained to her my dilemma of a nail and screw in two tires. She came out, inspected the vehicle, took down some stats on the vehicle and quickly coordinated with one of the shop crew to start working on my vehicle. Just before that, she informed me of the cost and asked if I wanted to proceed which I gave authorization. It was less than 20 minutes later, I was squared away and back in business. I wasn't even charged for the tire that I thought had a nail in it. Cheyanne informed me of the repair that was not needed. I could have easily been duped into paying for an extra repair that wasn't needed, but the staff remained honorable throughout the process. Yes, I will be back. I had already bought a full set of tires for my other vehicle Fall 2020.
