Big O Tires

I had my oil changed and all fluids checked as well as my tire pressure checked and tires rotated. The staff was friendly and courteous upon my arrival. My car was serviced in a expeditious manner by a competent and professional mechanic.

AJ was very informative and gave great customer service.

I was called when my car was "done" but had to wait an additional 30 minutes after I got there to pick it up.

I had a problem with my tire and the staff was able to handle the problem in a expeditious and professional manner. I utilize Big O for all my car service needs and I have referred my son and daughter in law to Big O for their car service needs also.

The overall experience was awesome, they were friendly, seemed very well educated in all aspects of the field that they are in.

I needed an alignment, I just replaced my rear tires because of inner tread wear at another place and I was told my alignment was the cause. I explained this before my service was done. Afterwards I asked for a print out that showed the alignment parameters, I was told the printer is broken and I could not have one, but that the rear was off 5 and the front 4. I wish I would have been told the printer was broken before hand.

Delivered the car on time and the price didn't change

The only problem was my old tires which were coming apart on the inside, with 12,000 miles on them I was not given any credit or road Hazzard. Took truck to Ted Weins for road force balance, and another speed shop Road force balance. They said one tire definitely was bad LR. and from 2 tires couldn't get totally balanced. Recommendations, take back to Big O. I did and purchased a set of Michelins. I should have never let sales talk me into the first set which were horrible. Otherwise no complaints.

They were fast n fare .

A little high priced as far as labor goes, a little slow on completion of work in a timely manner, the manager and techs are good guys and got the job done.
