Not everything was done that was reflected on the service order. Two hours for an oil change when I was told 30 minutes. Price was great but not worth the wait. Still had to go to put air in my tires which they said they did.

Not happy this time around. Oil was changed but the service was not as good as before.

Chris was very friendly and got me in right away. I was able to go next door to Smiths get groceries and when I came back my van was done. He also waited by my cart while I got my van because the cart would lock up if I tried to take it across to where my van was parked. That was above and beyond. Super kind.

I have been going to big o a long time but my recent visit wasn't a good one overall. Oil change went well but when I left and arrived home parked in my garage and later when I went out I noticed garage floor by my truck had liquid on the floor. Opened my garage door and noticed something leaking under the truck. Not knowing for sure what it was I returned to big o it inquire if the worker for my vehicle had noticed anything while it was in the back. He said to me he had added a whole gallon of windshield washer and noticed it was leaking and stated he could add some more. My thinking was he should have made me or the boss aware of that and I wouldn't have wasted a trip back there and I would have known it wasn't something I needed to take care of immediately. Then he offered to put more in which would do no good and just be wasting resources. Wasn't happy with that part of my visit. Now I know to go have it checked and see if I just need a part to fix it or a new one.

I went in for an oil change. I also had a couple tires low on air. I knew that in the 22 point inspection that should have been done that it would have been found. I was told there was a 22 point inspection done but no paperwork for it was given to me and upon leaving, my tires were still low on air. No inspecrion paper was in the car like normal. I had groceries in my car that I had to get home so I didn't get to go back and let them fix their mistake.

Staff was nice I felt completely at ease . I was a walk in for a oil change and brake flush . Took a nap in the waiting area and was not bothered

Great service checking in. Gentelmen was polite and extremely helpful. Checking out was a different story. Lady that crashed me out did not go through the recommendations that the tech suggested. I had ask her about the recommendations and had to ask her to give me a quote. She didn't give me keys to my car. I had to ask for them.

It was swift and well priced and the gentleman that served me was friendly and informative.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and some new wiper blades, ended up with a bunch of other fluid check ups which of course needed to be replaced, but your prices are very expensive, and I ended up with a $300.00 bill, Your service man was very nice, but I do think you should give senior citizens a break..I am 75 and survive on my social security..luckily I was able to put it on my Big O credit card, but it would be nice to get a bit of a break for seniors.. Wait time was well over an hour just for an oil change with an appointment. Very uncomfortable wait because inside of building waiting area was hot. I was told the coupon I brought in couldn't be use because they didn't have the right weight. I have a normal vehicle so to me this is false advertising. Won't be going back.

Chris is extremely professional especially when dealing with an issue I had that I had to come back to get resolved. It was done timely and perfectly. Because I was treated with kindness and respect, I will be back in the future.

It took this business 7-8 hours to find the problem which was to only replace a bad emmisson hose. They informed us that due to not having a mechanic that day and there was no one at their shop who was qualified, in the absence of the mechanic, to find the problem, they had to wait for a scanner to identfy problem. We had taken our vehicles to this Big O many times in the past and were always happy with the service we received. We noticed that the individuals that usually worked there and did a phenomenal job on our vehicles had left the establishment. Apparently, a turnover of employees had taken place. Is this planning to be the norm for this company?

Very satisfied with timeliness of service provided and of cheerful nature of customer service representative. Price of battery obtained was a little high, but overall experience was good.

Two times they didn't have my tire in Stock at this location.

Christopher Deuel was fabulous. My boyfriend had bought 4 new tires for his truck a month ago so when I got a flat tire I knew where I had to go! Chirs made me a priority and was fantastic
