I'm going to be honest here, if I wasn't, then what's the point? My expectations were not exceeded and let me explain why. I had an appointment and your crew started on it approximately 15 minutes late....no biggie. I was told my vehicle needed an alignment......so I acknowledged to proceed with it. I didn't receive a printout of the readings BEFORE the alignment was completed nor was I given a printout of the readings AFTER the alignment was completed. How do I know it was done? Just saying. I'm attention to detail person. Once I returned home with my car, I needed to remove the right front tire so I could reinstall my engine splash guards. I did some maintenance on it. The lug nuts were WAY OVER torqued. Most if not all vehicles require ONLY 72-87 foot pounds of torque. I'm a strong guy and I could not break them with my standard manufacture provided tire lug nut wrench. I had to use a breaker bar. I'm glad I didn't have an issue on the way home because I would have had to stand on and jump on my said wrench just to break the torque. USE THE PROPER TORQUE VALUE not the most the tech's air gun will provide. I estimate the torque was almost double of spec. If you want to exceed my expectations just DO IT RIGHT. How about cleaning off the old dirt marks where the old tire balance weight was located. I'm very happy with my tires. My second set of BIG O Euro Tours. I'm just being honest! Sincerely, FRANK J. Been going to Big O's for years. Wasn't impressed last time around. Took my motorhome in to get looked over after being in storage. Somebody forgot to put the oil fill cap back on. Makes me wonder what else they forgot. Not very confident everything really got checked. Asked them to check the tire air pressure. When paying and getting ready to leave asked about the tires again. Nobody knew if anybody had aired them up...they hadn't been. One of my service request was to diagnose the check engine light that was on. Again upon leaving asked if it had been resolved. And again they weren't sure. They asked somebody else and was told it was...it wasn't. After a few miles of driving check engine light is back on. Will be taking elsewhere to diagnose and for future service. Also, had a warranty question about my Big O tires which didn't get resolved.

The young man repaired my flat tire in record time and also checked out my spare tire. He discovered that it had no air so he inflated it. The young woman in the office was very nice.

I have been getting my oil changed at Big O Tires since I moved to Nevada 4 1/2 yearsago and this is the first time I was ever charged for more than 5 quarts of oil. Is this a new tactic to make extra money when your customer uses one of your coupons? It sure seems that way. When I have my oil changed there they never remember to reset the oil change notification on my car. I don't believe they ever top of my fluids or rotate my tires unless I ask them to do it even though it is supposed to be part of the service. So I give your store a mediocre rating due to below average customer service. I am in the market for new tires and was considering Big O but I am now thinking of going where where my business will be appreciated.

Cheyenne did an excellent job of communicating my needs to the repair men. My tire had been leaking air since being worked on at the West Jordan, Utah location. A young man working on the tire was able to find the problem, which turned out to be a missing seal on the thingy that receives the air. :) Sorry, I don't know the names of all the parts. Anyway, I was very impressed that he persisted and found the problem and that it only cost 11 bucks to repair!!! Because of my experience at this location, my confidence in Big O is restored. Thank you so much! I feel bad that I can't remember the young mans name. Cheyenne will probably remember the situation and know who worked on my tire. :)

Disappointed we can't keep the same manger. Nice to build a reputation and relationship with your mechanics. Coupons sent never seem to be what services we need always seems they don't apply

I had new tires and an alignment. The steering wheel was not straight but I took it back and it was corrected quickly.

I have to say that I'm quite disappointed that the new tires were not mounted per factory recommendations or for that matter the salesman's (Wade) recommendation. Also again, suggestions to make other changes were not recommended by my Hyundai dealer. I also question whether or not the front end actually needed to be realigned...can't say as I truly trust the Danny, the manager. Frankly, had he been the one to sell me the tires, I probably would have gone elsewhere as his attitude was not be best. I have done business with Big O going on 35 years and just wonder how really supportive/honest they are anymore.

Great service and girl at counter was sweet and nice! Mechanic brought my keys and explained what he did at what he found for future repair! Very professional! We got our tires and services there for yearsđź‘Ť

I had called the boulder/ greenway laction next to Smiths at about 7:45 a.m. Monday morning. Justin was the person that helped me every step of the way. I had expressed that I needed to come during lunch and that I had from 12 to 130 to have this done. He said that wasn't a problem. He scheduled me for noon and the service was done at 1:25 giving me a little extra time for my lunch break. He was very nice, professional, and informative. He made that service pain free.

I am very disappointed with the work done, I came in for a oil change and a lube job, I told the manager that the Vehicle was rocking at about 60 miles a hour, so I get a call that they can't do the lube job because the rear end is leaking and needs to be replaced, I told the manager I had work done in California in December and He said if I do the rear end that the money I spent in California would be deducted from the bill $2149.57 and I would pay $1700.00 The Manager who approved it Don Nyland was let go and when I told the person in charge they said He didn't have the authority to do that....... I want to talk to whoever owns this Big O , and I picked up my Yukon and it was all dirty and it still rocking...........I want it fixed right and I want a refund of the difference
