Big O Tires

I paid for four new tires and they had three in stock, which was fine. I specifically asked them to replace the tire that had a leak in the sidewall. They even wrote those instructions on the sheet and highlighted it. Well that is the only tire they did not change. I had already been there three hours which was an 1 1/2 hours longer then they told me it would be and I had to get to work. No apologies were offered, they just said oops. I had to fill my tire several times until I got the 4th tire replaced the next day. At least apologize for mistakes made. Horrible people, horrible service. Would never recommend especially since your service people can't read.

As soon as I pulled up to the bay the tech approached me with a tire gauge to service the truck. Ready to work. This is not the norm now a days so I was happy to see this.

I had a 2 Pm appt for an alignment check and alignment work if there was a problem. My car sat in the lot until 3:45PM when they finally started working on it. I asked twice to speed it up please and nothing happened. Also, they served other customers who came in after me before they worked on my car. It is inexcusable to make a customer with an appointment wait that long.

My initial visit was one of the worst services I have ever received...my second visit...worse. My last visit was tended to by someone else and he was excellent!

Chris took time to analyze my issue and had the tech look at the car and then handled the simple issue without making me replace the part that another store had told me I needed. While still testing the fix, it appears to be much better.

When I got home, I saw that my hubcaps were gashed and scrapped all over. I just purchased this car, so I am extremely frustrated about this. Also, once I picked up the car, the tire pressure was at 40 lbs when the car requirement is 30 lbs. I had to go back to get this fixed.

On time On budget Friendly

When I brought my vehicle in for service I was told I would have to pay for the parts in advance of bringing the car in. I have never heard of that. I felt as the dealer was telling me I could not be trusted to pay for the job when it was complete.

I first made an appointment at the big O tires on Gibson Road in Henderson. When I got to that appointment they told me it was gonna be two hours that he was having staffing problems. I believe he would’ve known that before I showed up for the appointment. I went back home got back on the computer and made an appointment for the Boulder Highway big O The minute I got The man behind the counter help me immediately got my car right in for service and the tire rotation was done very professionally based on that service alone at the Boulder Highway location in Henderson I would recommend big O tires. I was very disappointed and the Gibson Road big O tires as it doesn’t take two hours to rotate for tires when you have appointment he said he would be able to better accommodate me on another day but it would still take at least an hour and a half. I could’ve done it in my driveway and less time than that. Thank you for letting me voice my appreciation and grievance.

We took our car in for it routine oil change. We've been having Big O service all our cars for the past year. The Tech said the front tires were wearing and recommended an alignment. I informed the Tech that in May 2016 we not only bought the Big O brand tires at Big O, but the car was also aligned at Big O when we bought the tires. Anthony said he needed to call the Gibson location to verify all this. When he called back the story had changed and we no longer needed an alignment. When I questioned Anthony about this phenomena he said there was "dust" on the tires.Really? Dust!So now I'm wondering if the car in question really needed the new ball joint Big O installed 5/2016 when we bought the tires and had the car aligned. This incident really speaks to the training and guidance your company gives its employees. It's speaks volumes about the integrity of Big O Tires.

Very good service, very experienced explain the process very well

I went in for an oil change. Fairly basic task, one would assume. The employees there managed to ruin my new window tint (I will take responsibility for that as I cannot recall if I warned them), but they also managed to put a scratch into the outside of my window. I know for certain that my window was scratch-free previous to arriving at the shop. You can be certain that I am displeased and that I and my family will be spreading the word. Especially since I will be recieving no compensation for the damage. It may only be a scratch, but that should never be a worry for someone to have when they take their car in for a simple task such as an oil change.

Even know I did not have an appointment. They were able to fit me in and fix my tire and because I have the insurance, it was free.

it's not worth my time

Chris got me in 30mins early and was very nice.

I went in because the light came on for service engine soon. I was told the same as auto zone about the oxygen not passing to the engine. Went to get it fixed and even though the Vin number match with the smog test I was told it didn't for the computer of the car and that they would fix it (took 6 hours) and I would have no issues. Stopped in a store at the same shopping center as Big O tires and tried to start it. The key is chipped and it wouldn't budge. When trying to lock the car the windows went down. My car is all messed up and ended up walking home since at the last minute I was given my car and it was closed Big O Tires). I am going at 7am so they can fix this issue they caused.

Great and friendly customer service from Chris and even though it had been a few years since we been in he remembered the name and the vehicle and went above and beyond by confirming that the family was doing well!!!

Took my business to another tire shop. Not pleased. They are slow. Asked for two new tires & an oil change. Walked out with only oil change. Asked for list of added repair items that needs to be done on car - walked away with nothing. I liked the old Big O before new management. Won't come back.

Even though my appointment never was logged, they still took me right away and apologized.
