Big O Tires

I had my vehicle aligned and its still pulls to the right.Paid 130.00 to get it right . I'm not sure what to do next. I was not asked any questions. Not even what vehicle was mine.whent back after an hour they said nothing I paid they gave me a receipt and was walking away I said could I get information about what was done. was given dionostics.would someone please tell me what I need to do to get my vehical from pulling to the right

I was told the tire failed because it was run on low pressure and that my warranty was not applicable.I find that hard to believe.I ran the tire flat for about a mile to find a place to change it and it showed on the tire.There were no signs of nails on the tire.It took about 4 hours to fix the tire instead of 2 hours that I was initially told.I was also charged full price for a completely new tire, no discount at all.

Big O just makes it so easy. I drop off my car, they do the work, call me when it's done and I pick up my car. What could be easier than that?!?

I would have given them a higher rating if they weren't constantly trying to sell more things than I needed.I only wanted an oil change, not a list of things wrong and constant pressure to spend more and more money.Additionally, I feel that the quick customer service and really caring about customers left when the old store management left.

I thought I had a screw in my tire and that I needed new break pads but those were checked and no further service was needed

They didn't rotate tires like they said they would..this is not the first time they did this

Approximately 4 weeks ago I pulled into big o my tire pressure light was on. The attendant noticed my front passenger tire was low and there was a piece of metal in it. I waited 3 hours for it to be repaired. When I got back in my car the tire pressure light was still on. Frustrated I went to Goodyear the same day and they said there was a nail in my back tire. So apparently big o did not check all my tires. Two weeks later the light is on again, I go to good year. They said they thought the tire that big o repaired was not fixed correctly. They filled it with air and said to watch it to see if the light came back on. Today the light was on again, so I go to big o and the attendant checks and the tire was not repaired correctly by big o. He said he repaired it and it was fine now, we will see. I didn't complain about the repairs or the ridiculous wait times because I was not charged. However I feel like my safety was compromised by riding around with a tire I thought was repaired.

Because techs were very kind and did my car in a fast and clean manner they also did a very nice job on not leaving any trash or spills on my car.

I brought my car in for an oil change service and to have a leaking tire repaired (tire was purchased new at this Big O location 8 months ago). I also agreed to some basic 60,000 mile preventative maintenance (i.e., a tune up and transmission fluid exchange, etc.). I was told that the leaking tire was fixed by tightening the valve stem. In the four days since, I have had to reinflate this "repaired"� tire myself twice, and the kicker is that even tho I paid for service that was supposed to include a tire rotation, the leaking tire is still in the same position it was when I brought the car in. Clearly the tires were NOT rotated which makes me wonder if the leaking tire was ever actually inspected to find the source of the leak. As for the tune up, they did apparently replace the spark plugs and PCV valve, as I was shown the ones that were removed. I have not found anything that would call into question the oil change service either. However, if I recall correctly I was told when I purchased four new tires for this vehicle last spring that the tire rotations were free for the life of the tires since I bought them at the same location, and on the date of this service I was told the tire repair was also free. It is beginning to seem as if the services that are included "free"� are only free because they are simply not done.

Service and communication was excellent. Appointment was completed quickly and my Motorhome rides nicer than it ever has.

Change the oil and overfilled it by a quart or so. To bring it back been waiting over 2 hours for them to fix it

The associate was one of the best in the vegas area in all areas of service

As a female, I feel I was treated as if I am stupid vs. being a male who might know something about cars. Having used this location for years for oil changes, I was shown I needed two new back tires and intimidated into getting them NOW before they burst for plain stock tires $240 and told I needed new shocks. I opted to put the old tires back on as I was pressured they were unsafe and drove home. Quoted $148 from one shop and $160 from another for tires. Way less. I like also took car to TWO shops who confirmed I did NOT need new shocks. Up selling because you assume people are stupid pisses me off...had my son gone in I would bet he would have asked question and be given legit info. I won't use your company for ANYTHING and will spread the word

Worst place ever

Professional, convenient and affordable. I had tried another company the day before and left that business completely unsatisfied with the experience, Big O Tires gave me the service experience I was looking for. Professional-convenient and affordable, Chris got me in and out with my scheduled appointment, all my expectations were met.

I get that they were busy but nothing in this survey happened. No greet, I waited at the front for a while and no one came, when a guy did come he complained about the work load. I went to pick up my work truck and I was told my truck was so new that they didn't put on the rotors that they charged me for and I was told I can come back anytime and they would order them and get them on. So weird.

Chris was a good good dude. I will highly recommend friends to this location .
