Big O Tires

This is the worst place i have ever taken my car and will never take my car again and would never reccomend this place this isn't the first time it was the second and last time the people that work are the most incompetent morons i have ever seen the first time i took my car here was for a fuel system flush and front brakes they couldn't do the fuel system flush something about they couldn't get a part to do it then it took them all day to do front brakes first they didn't have the right brake pads and twice they were sent the wrong brake pads so i gave them a second chance this time i brought it in for a check engine light they told me i needed a new thermostat i asked if they could do it and was told yes they had my car all day Saturday and i was told they didn't receive the right part that it would be there before they closed Saturday night so i picked up my car brought in first thing Sunday morning so they could swap out thermostats i qas told it would be done by 11an i call them at noon and was told they were delivered the wrong part a new part was being delivered car would be done by 2pm so i waited and called back at 2:30 pm and was told once again they were delivered the wrong part this time Auto Zone was taking the thermostat back with them to match the part i called back an hour later to find out they can't get the part it can only be gotten from the dealership i told them put my car back together i was coming to pick it up got there and had to wait for an hour for them to out my car back together and when i had seen they were having problems and i asked what was going on i was told nothing was wrong the car was almost ready well little did the service guy know i get emails from ny car telling me something was worng then he came in and asked me if it was running rough when i brought it and i told gim absolutely not and he proceeded to tell me that now it was running rough well they finally figuered it out after an hour and a hlaf of me waiting there the whole reason i brought it there was so i didn't have to miss a day of work but that didn't work out because the next day i had to take my car to the dealership to have it fix and miss a day of work and a day of pay so apparently they have no clue what they are doing and neither do there vendors if you can go somewhere else i would definitely reccomend that you do im surprised this place can even stay in business

The men & women at this location were friendly, professional & very skilled. Excellent job.

I brought in a set of bead lock wheels to change out the tires and the mechanic cross threaded one of the bolts . I can't find any one in 89015 to try and fix his mistake. Iwas not even informed of the problem until I got home and noticed the problem

The upsell was ridiculous.1. Tried to sign me up for a 6/12month subscription for my tire balancing. 2. Tried to sell me on an "oil flush and change" 3. Tried to sell me the materials to do it myself at literally 6x the cost to purchase from 3rd party. 4. Email is full of spam now. 5. Went through the whole process of picking out tires over the phone with them, only to go into the store and have to do it all over again with a different employee. 5. I did get my tires changed. All I wanted was my tires changed. -4 stars for the upsell, wasted time repicking tires, wasted time sifting through spam in my email. asking for my email, and using it only to spam me with marketing. Did I mention the upsell? The subscription based tire maintenance or the oil that costs $120!?

Problem with tire quickly identified and corrected. The damaged tire's full hazard warranty was honored without question.

Made an appointment after waiting an hour my car hadn't been worked on it was still parked where I left it. To top it off other people with no appointments were being handled first.

Agent was extremely friendly, helpful and made me very comfortable. Tall, older white guy, I apologize because I forgot his name.

I never visited your store. You keep sending me emails with no unsubscribe option. You guys have some work to do confirming email addresses before spamming them.

Had oil changed in 2017 Chevy traverse, drove home 3 miles and car smoked all the way. Checked for leaks at driveway and found oil spots already, popped hood to find oil had been poured all over front of engine! Also noted oily finger prints on divers side minor. Returned to shop where manager took a look at the sloppy service and had vehicle cleaned and apologized for mess.

Jimmy and Melissa were very knowledgable about my situation and seemed very concerned about my needs. It all started with a nail in my tire and we found that I needed new tires for safety and I had a noise in one of my wheel bearings that needed to be replaced for safety and further damage. Explained everting in detail which helped me make my desicion to purchase all recommend work. Great job professional and vey concerned about my safety. Would highly recommend Big O to my friends and family. Thank you Chuck Nino

They put the wrong oil in my car without even asking or offering to find out what goes in the vehicle. It was assumed I would get standard oil change, with no option or question if synthetic or no synthetic. On the drive back home, my car completely died!!! I barely got my car off the road in a construction zone, where I was almost impacted in the rear of the vehicle due to the car not making it completely off the side of the road. The check engine, battery AND OIL LIGHTS were on. The power steering is shot now. It's impossible to turn the wheel with ease. Especially, since I'm about to undergo hand/wrist surgery. The car constantly smells like it's burning, the a/c condenser is going out do the the high pitch squeal it makes. And the BEST PART! I HAVE NO BRAKES!!!!! No pads left!!! No rotors or discs left to be machined down!!!!! NOTHING!!!! Yet this BIG O TIRES on 828 S BOULDER HIGHWAY 89015 in the SMITHS PARKING LOT Told me. "YOUR VEHICLE IS IN PERFECT CONDITION!!!! All you needed was the AIR FILTER!!!!"� I asked, "did you check everything and top off all fluids?"� Big O responded, "YES! YOU'RE VEHICLE HAS BEEN FULLY MAINTAINED!!!!!"� Liars!!!! All liars!!!!! Now I'm driving a vehicle that has been tampered with in, obviously, more ways than one! I don't even know if I trust them putting the correct oil in the damn car! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO A BIG O OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE GOING THERE!!!!!! SCAMS! HORRIBLE! ILLEGAL! SET UP! TAMPERED! PLAYING WITH THE SAFETY OF LIVES!!!!!!

I was highly impressed with the employees and their politeness. Also it was probably the cleanest tire store I've ever been in. Good job staff!

I had a appointment for 3PM and I arrived at 2:48 pm. I advised the clerk that I was in for my free check on my alignment because when I did my alignment months back they said I could come in for another alignment free of charge. I waited over a hour and my car was still sitting outside. I made the appointment so I would not have to wait and at no time any one came to me to let me know what was taking so long. I think is was because it was free and they did not want to spend the time. When I asked the clerk for the keys for my car he went and got them from the back. When he came out I advised him I had an appointment a 3PM but that did not matter. I took my keys And I said I would never be back and I would let people know. He stated OK and I left.

The service rep was very helpful, and provided the service quickly.

The person at the desk was not very courteous and made my handicapped father stand at three times with his wallet in his hand at the counter when he wanted to pay for the oIL change on our car. We were treated with total disregard especially after we had a coupon for the change and we did not want the repairs that they tried to upsale us on. He also told us our personal mechanic's work was shoddy on our car and because it was not done correctly was the reason why the additional work was needed. I use to love Big O but will never use the company again for any car we have and will not recommend it to any one I know. We had a second car that needed an oil change right after they finished the first one but because of the treatment we received we took it to Pep Boys down the street and we were treated like valued customers, with real respect to my father, who like I said is elderly and handicapped.

Every time I take my car in for servicing, the employees are extremely polite and helpful. Even if it’s just to get the air in my tires checked. They are specific about the work and the cost, which is appreciated.
