Had to take the car back to fix balance on tires, the "fix"� made them worse. Took car to a competitor the next day and all four tires were way out of balance. Had called corporate customer service prior to going elsewhere and was basically told "we are not going to help you"�. Will never go to Big O again.

I went in late in the day with some tire issues and the gal helping me was extremely helpful I think her name was Cheyenne but I could be wrong. She went over my tire warranty and got me all squared away with no issues.

Quoted me on a fuel pump installation, $3,396 told me the fuel pump cost $2,200!! Found fuel pumps from $250-$500. Complete scam! This won't be the last you hear from me! Just did the fuel pump, spark plugs for $800 out the door at another location!

I WALKED IN OFF THE STREET BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD SOMETHING IN ONE OF MY TIRES.....THEY FIXED THE TIRE FOR ME....I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THERE

I spoke with Carl on the phone about ordering a set of tires for my truck. He looked them up, quoted me a price, then we agreed on a time when they would be available for install. Carl was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had my truck done on time and for less money than originally quoted. Great job, Big O!

Let me start off by saying that I have had great experiences at every other Big O Tires store until this one. This store on Boulder highway not only scratched my car, dented my car, left grease all over inside and out, but also put the wrong oil filter on my car so it was leaking oil everywhere after I left. When I went in to confront the guy at the desk about the scratches and dent, (this was before I found out the oil was leaking) he just had an "oops sorry dude" kind of attitude and then wished me a good day. Horrible experience!

I asked numerous questions, asked to be shown the bad components, and what parts would be used. With all my questions and requests all of rhe staff members were more than happy to help and were patient.

Because of my father we have been coming here for 30 years plus. The new managers have a bad attitude and they don't know her or give the prices they used to offer. This will be the last time we bring our vehicles here all 5 of them

I came in without an appointment to have a damaged rim replaced. The whole service took about 30 minutes to complete. Very quick and easy.

I brought my car in to have my brakes inspected and get an oil change. My door handle was loose and 1 of the guys broke it off.I wasn't planning on having it fixed right away, but now I had no choice. Marc was on duty, in a bad mood, very rude until he had to tell me about my door handle. Then he tried being nice, which at the time- I thought was sincere. He called around to a few places to find a replacement but no one in the area had the part.He called me to let me know he could order it and it would be $100 and that they would "work with me" on the labor side. He also said he would call when the part came in. I gave him 2 weeks - no call.I called, spoke to Marc again. He said he thought I had it taken care of because my original handle was gone. (he taped it to my receipt from the oil change) He called me back to say, "I thought I ordered the part, but they say I didn't, I'll call when it comes in." A few days later the part comes in. I ask him how long it would take to have installed - he said "No more than an hour & a half". Great - i make an appointment for 2pm the next day and explain that my Mom (who is 74) and my husband (who is disabled) would be bringing it in because I'm at work. That morning I called and asked if they could bring it in earlier around 11:30. He said no problem. I asked AGAIN, how long would it take. Again, he says no more than an hour- hour and a half. My Mom & Husband went to Smith's to shop and kill the time.When they were done, they go back to the shop and the car hasn't been touched???Marc says to them, "I thought you were just dropping it off!"then asked them to come back later on with the car. My Mom drove my husband home, then came back around 2pm I believe. The door is now fixed and the reputation of your store is garbage thanks to this cluster of errors.On top of that, I had to pay $257...My simple oil change and break check cost $257, my time, my mother's time, and my husband's time...That certainly is NOT "working with me" on the labor at all!!!!!!!I guess our time means nothing and is worthless. I'm disgusted.

Had to take my car in there 3 times after paying $310 for front brake job and getting my rear brakes adjust it third time in there found out my parking brake cable was broken I told them that my parking brake was broken because they adjusted the brakes too tight and they argued and said no way

originally went to Henderson Gibson location at around 4:00pm. they closed at 5. they did not have the tire. he checked local stores and found one close enough for me to get there before they closed. went to the Henderson boulder store and they got right to me and installed my tire.

This would be a zero star , but I have to put something, I want to warn everyone about this location. I had a wobbly front passenger tire and my husband asked me to take it in possibly for an alignment. I had bought 4 new tires there 2 years ago and purchased the 3 year warranty. They did put it up on the hoist and check the vehicle for me. They came back with tires were fine BUT you need new shocks / brakes / rotors etc. ( $1400.00 ) We can do it now and we will take $100.00 off . I said that I would take estimate home so my hubby could decide. My husband said no - he would do the work in 2 weeks but to order parts . I did just that . I parked the vehicle until he could do the work. He went to do the work and found a 2.5 foot separation on the tire down to metal....None of the work they stated needed to be done at all . How the heck did they not find this when they looked at the vehicle. We went back to the shop - the manager , Craig , came out and couldn't believe his guys let me drive out of there with this. Very dangerous. He ordered me 2 new tires and said he would get the invoice from there office , he was very sorry. This was on a Saturday . Monday came around and I sent and email asking if they got invoice and that I would like 4 new tires as I had no confidence in the other 2 and wanted them matching. His tune had changed - they could not find invoice apparently, and that the mechanic did say that the tires were a concern but the sales man had forgot to put it on the estimate to me . Craig did not even speak to me, but let Trent - who basically said oh sorry. I asked why my vehicle was sitting out in the parking lot with the hood up - they said they couldn't start it - I asked for keys and went out - it started right up. I then took the vehicle home and called the customer service 1 800. They started a file # , and said someone would call me within 28hrs... No one has called . I took a chance in calling another location here in Vegas to get either a regional manager or the owners number - since Boulder would not give it to me. The Maryland Parkway location has been very helpful. They could not believe what the other branch missed .. I brought my paperwork in and they said that they would be more than happy to solve this issue. Jesse was wonderful. BUT now I am having another issue - the invoice for the original tires does not have number that match the tires on the vehicle . It is the only place I have ever been . I did not know that I needed to go and check the numbers on the outer rim of the tires with the invoice given after I had new tires put on.... My fault , but I don't know anyone who has done that. Now Jesse is in a meeting with the warranty dept. trying to solve this issue. Thank you for trying to help.... Unfortunately the Boulder Location is a hot mess and tried to take advantage of me as a woman and a customer. I was lucky that my tire did not blow out seemingly front tire would have lost steering etc...Plus I found out from the other shop that the wrong tires were put on my vehicle in the first place. I just hope others are not leaving unsafe and paying for things they do not need. very disappointed in customer service and not standing behind their products and trying to screw the people in the neighborhood. All I originally asked for was proper tires , which are still under warranty , and that the issue was pointed out to the mechanic who looked at my vehicle. They back pedaled and couldn't have cared less . Very disappointing as I would like to shop local and support Henderson but not at this shady shop. Will be posting everywhere and taking this further as this is not right on a consumer issue or a safety issue .

I bought a warranty on the tires and they honored it. They were friendly and they were quick!
