Took my car here for one problem they made it 10 problem the manger Trent is very rude he has. Poor communication Ans customer service they make one probably into another got. My car back from them and the oil light haven't went off since it wasn't on when I took it there for one problem the manger tried to. Over charge once I told him I will call corporate he changed his whole mood I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to this location they don't know what they doing there they always messed my air up it was fine before I took it to. Them for repair when drove my car with air it gets hot in Gage goes up when turn it off Gage stay at normal temperature the manger Trent is very unprofessional I don't know why they have that guy there as a manger makes the company look. Really bad I will. Never ever take my car there even if it broke down in front of they store I wouldn't ask them for help they are the worst and they are rip offs period

Fixed flat tire reasonable time

Hello Mark, My sales guy offered me a 1 year alignment for ~$120, and I figured I'd get 3 alignments in. He also told me that the warranty was good anywhere at ANY BIG O store. Lie #1. I live in Pleasant Grove UT, and he wrote me up as such. Well I needed a warranty a few weeks ago, and went to the American Fork store. I was told they didn't honor the 'warranty' as they were store specific. He called the NV store, and they confirmed they were only good in "Nevada" stores, even though the Elko store is not included as it's owned by American Fork owners. Lie #2. I don't trust your store, and paid too much for 1 alignment. The people working at your store are not honest. Roy

originally went to Henderson Gibson location at around 4:00pm. they closed at 5. they did not have the tire. he checked local stores and found one close enough for me to get there before they closed. went to the Henderson boulder store and they got right to me and installed my tire.

I would really like to speak with someone in charge that doesn't work at the store location. I was given my car back with parts of my wheel broken off, never explained to me why or that they even were. When I noticed after picking up my vehicle I immediately drive back to the store, asked Dustin about it. He said to come back the next day when they guys who worked on my tires where there and they could give them to me. I went back today and upon telling them what was missing and what Dustin had told me, they said there is nothing they can do and they aren't liable. If I give you something in one condition, I should get it back in the same condition or better. Are you telling me I just spent $800 on new tires and now I'm going to have to spend more money to fix something you broke?!? This is just crazy!! And the fact that no one told me they broke something! That They broke the cap on every single one of my tires!!! Please contact me. 702-704-5568

I bought a warranty on the tires and they honored it. They were friendly and they were quick!

I visited the Boulder location next to Smiths. I asked for oil change with tire rotation rebalance. Got oil change but no rotation. This was done on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I'm stranded in my 2015 for now 2 hrs because my car won't start. I blame the service. I DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT!!!!!

Chria was amazing help on Sunday with a last minutre flat tire. He was able to get us in and out in great time frame and was able to save our tire instead of having to pay for something we really couldn't afford but would have if absolutely needed to. He gave compliments held conversations with us while being busy in the front and garage. He was awesome and made it very comfortable with our visit !

Well I had made and confirmed an appointment with Trent and that the set of tires would be there ready for me the next day. When I did arrive for my appointment, I went inside and one of the sale reps came out to check out my vehicle. Then started to up sell me on getting all four replaced. When we went back inside I told him I had an appointment and my tires should be here. He told me there was no tire other than the big o brand in stock, I wasn't planning on. And the tires I ordered would need to be picked up and it would take 3 hours to get them. And them he started getting all my info and I told that I filled all that out online. He said it didn't matter that I needed to do it again, which I found out that I didn't because I guess he want the sale. About that time trent came out and noticed he was helping me. And told me that he was sorry and needed to to get the tires from the warehouse and he would call me as soon as they got them. So then i told him I will be back and the sales person which I can't remember his name told me I needed to put a deposit for the tires. So I did. I just decided to go back because he never called 3 1/2 hours later, and they told me they received the,but they were not the sized but would work. So after all that mess with the sales person lying to me and had a appointment that that didn't work out I did end up getting a undersized pair of tires and most of my one day off wasted. I will never recommend big o tire to anybody and i will never go back. I think there needs to be more professionalism and more attention to the customers needs. Then maybe I would give Big o another shot. Sorry for any mistakes I am typing this on my phone.

Called for a specific trailer tire, in stock and Chris told me to come down and get it changed.

They did not solve the issue I had with my Toyota 4-Runner. They replaced rear shocks mechanic was sure it would solve the suspension noise. The ride was not the problem as I stated but he insisted it was worn shocks? The previous shocks were not Factory installed they were installed by Big O Tires from the previous management 3 Years ago. They were to last a Life time and they did have some life in them according to Meineke and Midas shops!

I came in for a transmission flush was told it would take 1 hour I was there 3 hours and the guy that runs the place is a idiot plus has a shitty attitude

I think his name was Mike, but he was very friendly. He made sure they put air in my tires. He made sure everything was great before I pulled out the lot! Great service.

I was ripped off. Please pull your surveillance footage. I came in from Boulder City. Tire was ordered and the staff knew I was in a hurry because my brother was in the hospital. I paid for the tire, pulled away and there was a noise on the side where the tire was put on. Your manager Craig couldn't be lazier. He sent someone to look at it and rode in the car this man kept pulling up my emergency brake and revving my jeep only to tell me the brakes on my almost new jeep were bad. Funny the car make this noise when I brought it in and now he was pulling the ER break up every time he went to stop as a blame for the noise. I yelled at him to stop and went to get Craig who couldn't be less motivated to get up off the chair or help! Sticker still on the tire, poor service and now I have an emergency brake that is ruined thanks to your mechanic! I would like a refund!

Got the right prices, and the work was done well.
