Big O Tires

They told me on two separate occasions they did tire rotations. What they didn't know is I had a piece of tape on the front left rim. I only come for the free tire rotation. I can change the oil for much cheaper myself. I will not be recommending Big O tires.

I dropped off a blown trailer tire for replacement. I fully expected to get the call the next day to pick it up. I barely had time to wash my truck after dropping wheel off before they were calling me to tell me it was finished and ready for pick up. Exceptional speed of service. Thanks!

My 18 year old daughter who is a college student went in to get her battery checked and they charged he $236 for a new one installed. Totally took advantage of a young girl. So sad. Very disappointing. I called to see what they could do. Got nothing. $65 to install a battery when anywhere else puts it in for nothing. Seriously?

They worked to get me in on a Sunday when no one else would

My college student daughter went in to get her battery replaced and she got charged $238.00 for a new one. Not right at all. Feel like they took advantage of a young girl. Could buy and get it installed elsewhere for $125... Called to see what they could do about it and basically was told nothing. Very disappointing.

Respect for your customer

Really disappointed in this Big O Tires. I use to go out to The Boulder City location but they are no longer in business and every time I've been there it costed me roughly 50 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation. Today my total was 78$ after a 20$ off coupon for the exact same thing I always do an oil change and tire rotation. I initially made an appointment on line for 9 am hoping it would help the waiting around process as I have 2 little kids under 3. I was there by 850 and asked the gentleman how long it would take and he said roughly 45 minutes so I took the kids for some donuts and came back. By the time I came back it was 10:15 and I saw my vehicle sitting out front so I went to the front thinking it was done only to be told that they only have one tech working and my vehicle hadn't even gone back yet. After 2 and a half hours and very restless children I was told my vehicle was done. I suppose I just expected an apology because it took an hour and forty five minutes more than he said it would but instead I didn't even receive a simple I'm sorry it took longer than expected. I will not go back again. I think 78 bucks and 2 and a half hours is pretty ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation.

Worse place ever

Tire was going flat on my way to a ballgame and saw the store nearby not from the area. Was there before it opened so I decided to get an oil change also. So from check in to picking the truck up the service was awesome.

Originally came in for an alignment check and after my vehicle's alignment was adjusted I was informed that one of the tires I purchased from this same location a year ago was spliting and would need to be replaced. The tire needed to be ordered and I asked if the spare could be put on in the mean time and someone would call once the tire was in so it could be installed. The shop kept my tire and wheel and never called so I called and was placed on a 20 min hold so I hung up caked back twice before someone cold give me a simple yes or no on the new tire being in. I was informed the tire was in and I could come get it installed. I dropped the vehicle off and after an hour the tire was not on no one informed me about wait time or what was going on with my vehicle. I fibally asked how much longer this service was going to be and a gentleman told me 5 minutes and another corrected him and said 15 making me think they didn't work on my tire until I asked about the time frame needless to say it took an hour and fifteen minutes to have my spare swapped on for the new tire. Lack of communication with each service I have recently had and the alignment now pulls to the left. I have wasted time and money and feel I have received half ass service. Not only with my vehicle but with customer service as well.

Pleasant n professional staff

I really liked big o. Until I had my daughter's bmw serviced. As soon as I lefted big o. The car showed it was a quart low on oil. I took the car back and was told that the main seals was leaking. After taking it to a mechanic. It turned out to be a transmission pan was leaking. My Mechcanic never touched the oil because it was still low on oil. Took the car back to big o. They didn't want to touch the oil cause I took my car to a mechanic. I should them the receipt of the work that was done to the car. They decided to check the oil. I was told that the only to fix the low oil was to drain it and put new oil in the car. When they did that the oil light went off. So this tells me that big o never put in the right amount of oil to begin with. Luckily there was no damage to the motor. Due to big o's mistake and the fact that the car wasn't driven far.

Chris was very patient as I explained my situation and was honest with me throughout my entire visit, despite it being busy. He was upfront with how much everything cost and I will definitely be returning

There over 4 hours to have 4 tires installed for scheduled appointment. Unacceptable for a scheduled appointment.
