Big O Tires

Absolutely loved my new tires and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. they were more than happy to answer questions I had even if they were dumb lol. It took a little wait but that's because so many people wanted them for new tires and such! The wait was comfortable it was a clean good smelling environment and the staff even sat and talked with me when they had free time. Would definitely recommend them the tires are excellent and gorgeous on my car.

Really made me want to come back. Appreciate their attention I was here twice this week. Once for a free flat repair (Chris was wonderful) and an oil change. I will definitely be going there for all my auto needs. Thanks guys

We were on vacation and had problems with 2 tires. They got us 4 new tires, got us in as quick as they could, and got us on our way

EXCELLENT over all on everything! Isabel and the team’s Customer Service was superb! We are 580 miles away from home and the service that was provided will get us home safely. Excellent service

Store had a hard time getting the tire I wanted. They did get it in a few days and contacted me to bring the van back in.

The new manager here was just terrific, the past management here did not follow the guidelines and the work was sloppy, many customers from the last ) months have returned with complaints about work performed including myself, the new manager here re did the work perfectly for no charge to make it right as it should be, he deserves cudos for his efforts and explained everything clearly, my car is now perfect and Big O Tires keeps a good customer and I will recommend to friends and family, the location can now be trusted. Isabell helped me out when no one else was going to, after calling around to so many places. She is a lifesaver. The kids loved her, wife loved her, and LJ and Jayden did such a quick, efficient, and beautiful job on my new set of tires. They all three went way above and beyond and my family and I are so thankful.

Service was great

From the time I first scheduled my service with Isabel a few weeks ago, until the completion of my service today, I felt valued as a customer. Isabel and the other associates were friendly, helpful and very professional. Although when I dropped off, they knew I would be picking up late in the afternoon, they still called to inform me when my car was done. During my scheduling of service I received excellent feedback from Isabel on the service I needed. I have been going to Big O Tires at this location for years because safety of my car when I travel is #1. This associates at this store gives me that confidence I need to know when I travel, my car is safe.

I made a2 oclock appt. and they didnt take my car until 3:30. I was in a shopping center so I kept myself busy.
