We were on vacation and experienced a flat. We found Big O to be the only tire place open on Super Bowl Sunday. We arrived there with only an hour before they closed and they repaired our tire in half that time. Isabel, Joey, and Jay were so friendly and so helpful. They got us back on the road!

I just recently purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer with 168,000 miles on it I brought it to have looked as I noticed it had what I thought was a brake fluid leak on ABS hydraulic pump unit. This could have turned to be a very expensive repair. I came in Just before 5pm the Manager greeted me and took time to listen to my worries on my vehicle he personally took it into the shop took a look at it and did a visual inspection of what I thought was the problem but his instincts and knowledge led him to the true problem a bad AC job that had done the previous week it was AC oil blowing all over the place. He assured me my vehicle would be safe to drive home for the night. The next morning I dropped my vehicle back off for a oil change and full inspection they did find some other issues that need to have addressed but nothing extremely pressing at the moment. Thank you honestly diagnosing my car instead of taking me for a $1700 ride like some other places would have done as I gather my money together I will bringing the Explorer in to have the all needed work maintenance done. Thank you for the excellent service

I had a caliper lock up while I was on the freeway. I was able to limp it in to Big O tires. They got on it right away. They were able to diagnose and recommend the repairs. They were honest and caring, even giving me a ride home until my repairs could be done.
