Everything went well

I had a 11:30 appointment and didnt get my car back until after 5pm. I had to call them to find out out about the delay in service and they were very rude when I called and asked what was taking so long. I did however get a 20$ discount. Waiting almost 6 hours on an oil change. I will not be going back after this experience.
