I've received excellent customer service every time I've visited Midas. I would recommend Midas to others.

My family has been going to this Midas location for apx. 22 years which is when I moved to Georgetown, TX back in 1999. They have taken care of around 15 different autos thru the years. Always great service.

Excellent service. As i sat waiting i witnessed the small town friendly service to those who came in.

The person running the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. She communicated my options well and as I sat in the waiting room I heard her interacting with many other customers - it’s obvious she feels ownership and pride for her job.

Hands down the best place to take whatever kind of car/truck you have to have worked on. I was restoring and 85 chevy truck that the other mechanic just couldn't get right. Took Gary and Randy two seconds to see what was wrong and just reassured me...no

I find Ila to be exceptionally honest and forthright. She is most pleasant to deal with. Derrick was the person who explained the results of the car check and reviewed things clearly and slowly. I have been going here for years and will continue to because being treated honestly and fairly about car issues is very important to me. No matter when I call for an appointment, Ila always acts as if I am a friend the knows well. I appreciate her mannerisms and management style. I highly recommend this Midas.

Tried to schedule an appointment, told none were available when Isla called but said to call back around 330 to see if I could get a spot and I did! They were all friendly, gave me status updates, and explained the billing.
