I've been coming to this Midas for several yrs., and the friendliness with everyone and how hard they work to complete services is always good. I understand they are always busy at this location, and so the services may take a bit longer, which is not their fault at all. I would rather wait and have the job done right, than to have someone rush through the work. Always appreciate the employees there.

I called in a couple days prior to ask some generic questions about what I wanted to get done and the person who answered was incredibly professional and kind and answered all my questions. When I arrived a couple days later I was greeted by another employee at the desk who explained their was only one tech working that day, but they would still be able to take care of me and my needs. I didn’t mind the wait since I was able to have someone pick me up and drop me off when my vehicle was ready. The professionalism and kindness of everyone I interacted with is the only reason I took time to fill out this survey. Over the past two years it seems harder and harder to find people willing to treat customers with respect and kindness, that they are equally entitled to as employees. It was a great experience from start to finish and I greatly appreciated it.
