I came in for an oil change. While the panel underneath the drip pan was open, the mechanic noticed fluid sprayed where it shouldn't have been. So they suggested a diagnostic to check for an oil leak. He also noticed a cracked serpentine belt - also in the same area. With 114,000 miles on the car I did not hesitate to have that replaced

I had some work done recently and Edwin did an outstanding job. He took it for a test drive twice to identify and isolate the problem. He would not stop until it was fixed. Could not ask for better customer service! Highly recommend!!

I trust Ila. Upon going in for an oil change, she explained the need for other services. Some were urgent, some not so. They were expensive but necessary. She understood my hesitance and explained the reasons why they were important.
