Good shop; I don't patronize the dealer so Big O is good about telling me things I should be checking on my truck. Approaching 200K miles, I appreciate their input. I don't always take it, but I'm thankful it's offered

Came in for diagnosis of possible wheel bearing problems. The service was prompt and courteous. I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and have always received above average service.

I was glad that i was able to make an apointment and not have to wait dispite the fact that i made one especially with a mild concern that there was only one apointment time avaiable when going online to make an apointment. staff was friendly enough, (the people that work in this field area different bread of people) but all in all it was good. the car works great and alignment data sheet was extremely usefull to my worries about there being issues. itemized reciept is handy as well. No strange mishaps in the car as they obviously needed to maneauver it around.

Fast, friendly service. I will have Big O and Tim Hollander be my go-to place for repairs. They even do oil changes! I was pleasantly surprised by their cost for tires, brakes and shocks. Very affordable.

Upfront with any issues or problems. Always accommodating my requests and easy to work with. Dropped off my car overnight and picked up the next morning and my vehicle was done sooner than I was expecting.

The technician made a point of informing me of the findings of the alignment test and explained the steps he would take to resolve any issues.

Needed oil and spark plugs changed. I didn't know the filters and the spark plug wires needed to be changed too. After a few calls from Big O, and a constant update of parts, prices and times; the car came back running great.

Everyone was nice and polite. They did a great job checking out my car and then giving me an update. All Good!

Everyone was very nice and the work appears to be excellent. Most impressively, however, during the tire alignment procedure, the technician faced some difficulty. The staff placed a call to the manager and, apparently on his day off, he turned up within minutes to oversee the procedure and not only make sure it was done properly but to use the opportunity to teach the young tech about trouble shooting. Nicely done.
