Good service!!

Called on a afternoon and was told to come in early the next day, I was there bright and early and was first in line for my oil change, they also rotated my tires .

forgot to replace valve cap

All the employees were friendly and courteous. They seemed very concerned with the problems with my car and my comfort while I waited. I am very satisfied with the results of their work. I felt the cost was very fair for the service they performed.

My experience was pleasant. The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The sales associate told me exactly what it would cost. They completed the work within the time frame stated.

Very pleased with service and prompt attention to my problem. The price may have been a little high though. My tire - bought elsewhere 13 months ago - was 25% more at Big O to replace it.

Mike Free is an excellent service rep who goes above and beyond to schedule to our con vienence & who makes sure everything is done correctly.

Well at first I didnt feel very welcomed but they fixed my tire and got me out to a safer trip.

Had to go back because one of tires was leaking air from the steam valve.. Was charged extra to have to take tire off again when they could have done it the first time.. Plus, my tire light was on when on my first visit..

Got new tires and tire light already came on very mad!!!! Tires are bigger then old one i had on it i want the old ones back my brother said looks lk a monster truck!! Have to get this fixed!!
