Did a great job and staff was friendly and personal. Only issue I had was, only one person was able to reset the tire light on my Toyota truck and he was out the day I came in. I had to come back the next day. Suggest if there is only one person who can perform this task, someone else be trained while that person is gone.

Staff was courteous, professional and very friendly! They also worked diligently to get my vehicle serviced and out the door quickly!

This was our second time to visit Big O's. Last year while we were visiting Ruidoso we had a flat tire. We were referred to Big O's and they took care of it immediately at a great price. We were back in Ruidoso recently and again had a flat tire. (See a pattern here???) Again, we took it to Big O's and again got the same friendly, courteous, quick service as before. Love this place and these guys! Will always use Big O's!!
