Big O Tires

I have never been disappointed with Big O Tires.

I am 72 and covid quarantined. I needed new tires on my Roadtrek camper. Mike made arrangements with employees for my camper to be picked up and taken to service. They kept it for 3 weeks, which was not a problem. The service dept changed oil & filter, mounted new tires, alignment, repaired/replaced washer motor, & power steering motor and fluid... and more. It was delivered back to me. No contact was made. MAGNIFICENT!

The only reason I didn't give a solid five on all answers is that I wasn't told to expect such a high bill for the service I had done. Had someone given me an estimate I wouldn't have been so shocked by the price. I'm lucky I had enough in the bank to pay for the repair.

I came in to get my wheels balanced on my Jeep unlimited. Your staff checked and found that the tires were seven years old and they had severe internal separation and therefore needing to be replaced. While the tires were being replaced it was noted that the rear brakes also needed replacement which was completed for me. As the repair and tires would take a while to fix and as I'm a visitor to Ruidosa staying in an RV park I was given a ride both two and and later from River Ranch RV park. All of the employees that I dealt with were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and I have no trouble recommending your excellent service to others. John Woodward

Workers explained everything they were doing. Also explained the type of tires they will be putting on my vehicle and asp went over the digging prices. Also the wait wasn’t long for my oil change, alignment and getting new tires.

My father used Big O years ago in Pioneer, CA, he was always happy with their serfive. Now I use Big O in Ruidoso, NM. They are always courteous, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
