I was an out of state traveler with a slow leak on travel trailer wheel, the entire experience was painless. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes everyone was friendly and respectful, seeing that I was from out of town, I hope I don't have to go back but if I do, O well.

I was on a road trip and stopped to get my car checked out about halfway through and thank goodness I did because I was minutes away from a blow out. Then while I was there the handsome gentleman at the counter informed me of some other things that should be done (I forget what it was), but I agreed to, more time to check him out. Anyways I highly recommend going here for all your vehicle needs, and to check out one hot zaddy...

Best service hands down! I had a major issue with AC and the guys had me on my way before the end of the day. They even went out of their way to get a part that was about a hundred miles away. Great, great, great!!! Thanks Tim, Ralph and the rest of the crew. You guys are the best!

I have been shopping at this Big O in Ruidoso Downs for years. Mike and the whole staff are excellent. You never have to worry about being taken for a ride, so to speak. I just drop it off and ask them to fix it!

I was able to buy the tires I needed and got them on my car for our trip back home. I had to wait close to 3 hours, but I’m sure the place was way understaffed.

My rental car flashed a tire pressure sensor warning. Pulled in as they were opening and Mario helped me immediately. He dropped what he was doing and checked tire pressure. Great service and thanks Mario!

Staff made an unwelcome experience more bareable..

I was on vacation in Ruidoso from Texas. Was headed home when check engine light came on. Needed someone to look at it quickly and they were able to run a diagnostic within 5 mins of pulling up. Told me the issue and started looking into it. Within an hour I received a call with the issue. They could have lied to me as it seemed to be minor. They offered suggestions for when I got home. I was just a couple hours late leaving on my trip which was minor compared to what it could have been. We made it home fine and I cannot thank your guys enough. Not sure of the guys name that helped me when I called and brought my car in but he was amazing. Not exaggerating at all either. Please look up who helped me and thank him For me again. Thanks
