Fast service and very friendly

My family and I were traveling to Angelfire, NM from south Texas. Unfortunately, our truck started messing up about an hour before we got into Las Vegas, NM. We were really worried considering we were going to be heading to the mountains and we couldn't even accelerate the truck. THANKFULLY, we stumbled upon Big O Tires and they saved us. The staff was very attentive and thorough, especially Juan Carlos (thanks, again). Our truck was diagnosed and fixed in under one hour. We've never had that type of service and we're extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went in for one thing and found out I needed other work. The staff was very patient with me when I was unsure of what it was I needed. The process was explained to me and the cost was given to me right away. I appreciated being treated respectfully.
