Scheduled appointment was delayed, so had a bit longer waiting time, but wasn’t too egregious.

I had a flat a couple days ago and had to be at work in about an hour. They took care of my problem in time for me to get there.

I ran a curb and shredded my tire and had to be towed to the nearest place which was a big O tires on Juan tabo I called and asked if I needed appointment and they said no just come on over will squeeze you in and which they did they were very kind and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and did a great job dealing with my tire getting me a new tire.

they fixed my flat tire for free.

Everything went great from using the online app to order tires to scheduling to drop off to the time it took to get the service performed to pickup and payment. Everything went flawless. Pricing was excellent for the tires we purchased including warranty.

Team member was very nice and kept us informed. The service and work ethics Jose Vasquez displayed were excellent. I would try to hire him if I was still a district manager and needed a manager or assistant manager.

Employees found tires for my vehicle that I couldn't find elsewhere and went out of their way to do so.

Explained everything, with no upselling.
