We had called a few days ahead to ask if we needed to make an appt to get an oil change for our 1-ton diesel truck, but were told just to call in the morning we would like to have service. So a few days later we did, and were asked when we'd like to come in, and we said, 30 min from now, and were told that was fine. Service was prompt and friendly, but more than that we appreciate the 4 chairs outside set up under a shade tent for waiting during this Pandemic, as well as staff and customers wearing masks and social distancing! There was very nice plexiglass set ups for employees protection too! We had great friendly service, and even added on a tire rotation. We are full time RV travelers and sometimes it's difficult to coordinate truck maintenance while on the move so we are extra appreciative. We even asked about a close place to grab breakfast, and had some terrific breakfast burritos white sitting outside, and it was all done within a hour! Great & Terrific Service, will definitely come again!

The staff was very helpful and was very fast. I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced I waited 15 minutes tops from the time I arrived to the time I left. I couldn't believe how fast it was. Thank you. I don't think I'll ever buy another brand of tires. I'm a Big O customer for life. Thank you again.
