Did not have to wait very long for them to get car in and for the tire to be repaired did not have to spend a lot of time waiting.

Over all service, customer service, convenience, and location was excellent! I had purchased 4 tires two months ago, today I came in because I got a flat on the interstate. The tire needed to be replaced-great warranty, it was free . I love Big O Tires!

Got me in right away, tire rotation and balance went will. Car performs better now I think tire where balance to good when I bought them in Los Lunas NM

Mark always has great customer service and is personal and professional. The whole team is quick at their job and friendly! I’ve gone here for about year now. I usually feel slighty dumb going into any car shop as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars but they make me comfortable and explain anything! Haha

Mark was an amazing associate. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Bathrooms were very clean as well as the lobby. Masks were worn and despite how busy Mark was he was able to help me quickly I was very impressed.
