Big O Tires

The so-called manager, I seen him treat an employee with disrespect and when I was asking questions about the alignment he jumped in and told me things that he could not have known. He was pressure washing the entrance to the garage as my vehicle was being worked on so he had no idea about my vehicle. He stated the there was slop in the front end and it could not get it perfect, funny one other time I was there getting tires and and an alignment I was told that my vehicle had slop and they would not align it. Makes me think, he is very dishonest. My mistake was going back this time.

The staff was very knowledgeable and communicated everything with pricing and maintenance clearly and professionally. With today’s economy saving a dollar is always a desire. My only negative thought on my experience was the cost.

Wish prices were cheaper

Tires were rotated promptly, but tire pressures were not checked (are slightly overinflated). Asked for pressure to be checked and adjusted, but was not done

Work was never completed in the time frame that was given. I left the facility with my car smoking and was told it was normal. A week later and the car is still smoking.

Feel like I was overcharged

Made my appointment and the store knew notihing about it was in for a advertised oil change of $29 ended up paying $79 for the same oil change. Will not go back

They broke 2 lugs and said I wouldn't have to pay for it but in the end I did

I was satisfied!

I was highly satisfied. I just don't want their heads in the clouds.
