The 29.99 online special was not used, service took much longer and the 34.99 fee for labor was ridiculous when it took over 2.5 hours to do an oil change

Install the tires correctly (both passenger side tires were mounted backwards), and do not recommend repairs that aren’t needed. Our vehicle had been inspected by the dealer the day prior, and we were told our rotors were fine, only the front pads needed replacing. Big O told us our rotors are shot.

The tires I’d requested needed to be ordered in which was fine. However, no one told me there would be an additional charge for that. Also, the side skirts on my car were damaged by the lift and nothing was done or offered to repair the damage.

In a previous visit, the service technician neglected to give us a sticker for the oil service. In this service, the air stem covers were removed and not replaced. In addition the tires were filled between 22 and 25 psi despite the fact that the technician was told and recorded the recommended ture pressure at 35 psi in the front and 33 in the rear.

Was quoted three different prices for the same tires. High price for air filters. Tire insurance added to invoice even though I didn't request it.

I made my app. 2 days in advance. When I arrived, was told tires are not available. Told I could come back in 5 hours and get the same brand, but not the tire I wanted. The service rep kept telling me "we have this Big o and That Big o tire" I wanted Michelin tires but I don't think he wanted to sell them to me. A poor bait and switch.

I had an appointment at 3 pm for tire rotation. Arrived at 2:50 pm. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get this job done.

I called two days in advance for an appointment. In the past this store has had to order my oil filter, so I reminded them that they would need to do it, so that they would have it ready for my appointment. Normally they get it from the store next door, and the guy wasn't reassuring they would have it beforehand. When I arrived they didn't even have my appointment in the system because of a "computer problem." They were able to get me in and quoted 45m-1hr, but it took an hour and a half. Was much more expensive than the last few times I had service here, as well. Last time I think I paid around $80-90 and this time was $118.

I drove 2 hours for this appt, supposed to take 2.5 hours. Inspection results were communicated at 2 hours. Given a list of 13 reasons why they could not perform the alignment service requested. Totally missed the "check engine" light that has been on for weeks, is still on. They wanted repairs completed first with a rough cost of 2k to do the alignment. This is a 28 year old truck with 108000 miles on it, far from heavy use. The comment heard several times was they couldn't believe all of the OEM parts on it. After spending 4 hours total drive time and 3.5 hours waiting I got an oil change and transmission flush. I immediately went over to my mechanic I have been with for 20 years, he puts the truck up and went over every item with me on their list showing me that there was no issue on any of it with urgent need. THEN MY MECHANIC CHECKED THE FLUIDS. HE HAS TO DRAW OUT TWO AND 1/2 QUARTS OF OVERFILLED TRANSMISSION FLUID. Today after driving 100 miles it is still slightly over the line. Were they trying to blow my new gasket they put in? I unfortunately think they were preying on a senior woman and do not appreciate it. No more business
