No air filter exchange and after an alignment the car is pulling hard to the left. This is the second time I’m returning due to an oversight or adding new issues. My car was better off before I took it in. Alignments are scams. My time is valuable and I do not want to return to get my car fixed there. I have little confidence in the issue being fixed. Ugh. Just annoyed and frustrated. I give up.

Went got two new tires and got an inspection done and today one of my mounting bolts on my caliper falls off?! Went in store and dude told me they just fall off. NEVER GOING BACK

Have employees to better in communication on an issue of the vehicle that was dropped off rude service.

Don’t break pieces of your customers cars and lie about it

I was quoted a price of 39 dollars, final bill was 94 dollars, a long way from quoted estimate. Seems like a total rip off ( read scam ). I will not recommend this store ( 1141 Juan Tabo NE Albuquerque) and I will do my best to discourage others. You lost a 40 year customer

While I was there I was told I eventually would need to do a pressure test. I said ok and then he asked if I wanted to do the pressure test that day I said no becaaue I had to get back to work and I didn’t have money to do it. He told me the mechanic didn’t want to let me drive my car unless I did the test. I declined the test again and he refused to give me back my car. It took 30 minutes to get my keys back because they wanted to do the pressure test

I will not ever be back to Big O Tires. They screwed up on my car and didn’t even give me the coupon price that I had. And then on top of that made me wait over another hour because of their mistake making me late to pick up my son. Was not happy at all.

Made an appt for 8am. Arrived was told mechanic might be in by 930. Showed up at 10. First looked at car at 11. This was an 8am appt. Managers acted like it was my problem.

Made us wait an hour for check in, then made us sit for 3.5 hours before telling us they got the alignment "somewhat straight" and after showing us the before and after, little to no difference. In addition, they failed to do the inspection that I had specifically requested and proceeded to try and charge us for the alignment and inspection. But I had negotiated that since they did not complete the job I'd only pay for the alignment.
