Was supposed to get an front axel replacement, oil change and a transmission service. Instead got the axel, alignment, air filter and power steering service. Was told that they could do the oil change for free due to the mix up. I agreed, after the service was done I paid and proceeded to leave when my A/C was not working. I informed the Big O a Mark Roberts told me "none of my guys did anything to the A/C" I said how do you know since what was supposed to be done to my car wasn't done and what was done I did not authorize. Another employee brought my car back into the bay and double checked everything. When he was done the A/C worked again. Everyone was apologetic about it. The next Day I received a call from Jaime Valles who again apologized and tried to explain that what I saw and was told was not what I saw and was told. He said to bring my car to menaul store due to having much better mechanics there and would do the transmission service and rear shock change, as I was informed by willie that they needed to be changed.
