Big O Tires

Pauly was great! I was driving on the freeway and suddenly got a low tire pressure warning. I drove to Big O to see if they could check it out. I had my young granddaughter with me, and Pauly was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Nathaniel patiently listened to my concerns I pointed out as we walked around my car. I had made an appointment for 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. There were others waiting for service. My car was quickly serviced on time. Nathaniel courteously addressed my questions. I'm grateful that Big O Tires was there for my needs!

They always take good care of me and my vehicle. They also give me a ride home if they need to keep my suv and bring me back to pick it up when the work is finished.

Need to explain hidden fees to customers like mount and balance fee and freight fees if tire is not available
