I had a very serious tire issue with both front and rear tires on the driver side. I went in and spoke with Nathaniel about pricing and scheduling. I was able to get an appointment for January 14, 2023 in the early morning hours of operation. I explained I was planning a trip to visit family in Florida. To my surprise, I received a call from Nathaniel explaining to me they were able to get the needed tires shortly after I left Big O Tires and my car's work will be finished by the end of their day on January 13, 2023. I did not wait in the lobby thinking I'd go there on the 14th. Nathaniel pulled through in a major way for me. Not only were my tires replaced, my oil was changed, air filters changed, and wheel alignment completed were ALL done by 6:00pm on the 13th. I am a very pleased customer and will do business with them again. Nathaniel was courteous, professional, humorous, and explained clearly the pricing and procedures done to my 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate. Thank you Nathaniel and to the crew of Big O Tires located at 1141 Juan Tabo Blvd NE. I know who I will to go to next time I have any issues with my car.

Integrity is paramount! My service advisor presented to me what he thought may have been an issue with a damaged rim on my vehicle. Neither he nor his tech was sure how the damage may have happened but were quick to inform me of what they found. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they pointed out the detail and was prepared to deal with it...even though it was not their fault. When they showed me, I examined the wheels and recognized that it was damage that had happened prior to my visit that I was aware of and absolved them of responsibility. I applaud the workers at my location for wanting to show how valuable I was to them by taking the initiative in taking care of the customer over trying to hide or cover up potential negligence.
