The store manger gave me a ride to my job since the job was going to take longer than expected. Very good customer service skills. Felix Otero was the service manager and he explained everything to me, was personable and competent.

We stopped in to have a tire checked due to low tire pressure alert, a right away they took a look and found 2 nails. Patched it up with no charge and we were on our way!! Very polite and professional.

Woke up this morning with a flat. Devastated, I drove to the Big O tire at the end of my street. The man at the front desk was the best. I hate that I forgot his name. Very pleasant man with excellent customer service and my tire was finished in less than 20 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment. Definitely will return!
