Brian was extremely informative, accomodating and resourceful throughout my visit. In spite of my 'No' answer to 'Was there a problem', a problem did surface and that was where Brian's resourcefulness kicked in. He (and your well trained staff) turned the problem into an opportunity to show his resourcefulness and converted me to a long term customer.

Very personable. Didn't suggest any unnecessary action which Midas is famous for. (My husband is a contractor but used to be a mechanic so he always tells me when they're ripping me off. He still does the brakes etc. He says they see a woman coming a mile

I have been coming to this Midas dealership for 5+ years. They are honest, upfront, and don't try and upsell you for anything that isn't necessary at that moment for your vehicle. As a single women with little car experience this is important, they tell me the truth. and show me my car issues so I can see with my own two eyes. No scare tactic
