Despite being understaffed on this particular occasion, this Midas team exceeded my expectations. The customer service and communication here are too notch, I can’t even begin to explain how much this means to me (especially today when it seems like most businesses use every opportunity they can to make excuses for subpar service rather than making improvements). Keep up the great work all!!!
